Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 These Regulations are formulated in order to maintain the normal life order of schools, cultivate students to be civilized, polite and disciplined, and establish a socialist moral trend of loving the collective, loving labor, uniting classmates, being diligent and thrifty, caring for public property and observing public order.

Article 2 Students should strictly abide by the Code of Conduct for Students in Colleges and Universities, abide by the relevant dormitory management rules and regulations formulated by the school, advocate unity, friendship and collectivism, oppose selfishness and individualism, respect the work of dormitory managers, obey management and cooperate with work, and create a clean, beautiful, quiet and safe learning and living environment.

Chapter II Management Organization of Student Dormitories

Article 3 The student dormitory is managed under the guidance of the student dormitory management committee, which is composed of school leaders, student affairs office, logistics office, youth league committee, secondary colleges (departments), apartment management department and self-management committee, accepts the unified leadership of the school party committee and administration, and guides the self-management committee to carry out its work.

Article 4 The responsibility system of principals and administrators shall be implemented in student dormitories. The head of the building is produced by combining recruitment and selection among students, and is appointed as a student cadre by the student authorities for a term of no more than two years. He is responsible for the hygiene, public security, style of study and cultural construction of the dormitory, which is evaluated by the students and assessed by the staff.

Article 5 Each floor shall have a person in charge of the floor, who shall be appointed by the person in charge of the floor and be responsible for the health, public security, style of study and cultural construction of the floor, and be directly led by the person in charge of the floor.

Article 6 Each room shall be provided with a dormitory leader, who shall be responsible for the self-discipline and self-control activities such as safety prevention and health duty in this room, and shall be recommended by the indoor accommodation personnel, who must accept the leadership of the dormitory leader.

4. Balcony and bathroom

(1) The balcony is clean and tidy without sundries.

(2) The toilet is clean and tidy, without peculiar smell, and the garbage is put into the bag.

5. Don't use electricity and appliances illegally.

(1) Don't pull the wire privately, and the wire won't entangle the bed.

(2) There is no desk lamp on the bed.

(3) Don't use electric stoves, rice cookers, electric appliances with fast heating, etc.

(4) Don't use candles

6. Keep furniture and other facilities in good condition and create a civilized environment.

(1) Don't doodle on doors, furniture or walls.

(2) Articles and pictures harmful to physical and mental health shall not be posted.

Article 5 The hygiene of student dormitories shall be inspected once a week, and the results shall be published once a week.

Article 6 Those who have made outstanding achievements or violated the above provisions shall be rewarded and punished according to the regulations on rewards and punishments.

Article 10 Regulations on Rewards and Punishment

The first dormitory health inspection week was rated as excellent dormitory for five times in a row and was awarded the "advanced health" mobile red flag.

Section 2. Advanced sanitary dormitories and inspection-free dormitories are awarded points in the evaluation of "civilized dormitory".

Paragraph 3: Those who fail to pass the comprehensive results of the dormitory health inspection week for three times in the school year will be disqualified from evaluating various scholarships, excellent students and outstanding student cadres.

Article 4 For the dormitory with unqualified sanitary performance in 1 month, a rectification notice will be issued for the first time and a warning will be posted for the second time. Section 2 Water and Electricity Management System of Student Dormitory

Eleventh residential students should save water and use electricity safely.

Article 14 It is strictly forbidden to pull lamps and lanterns onto the bed without permission. If you don't listen to the second advice, in addition to the confiscation of lamps, you will also be given disciplinary action, and those who cause disasters and accidents will be handed over to judicial organs for handling.

Fifteenth electrical appliances used in student dormitories, in addition to cassette players, chargers, computers, televisions, other electrical appliances such as electric stoves, rice cookers, hair dryers, electric blankets, electric batons (cups) and so on. Do not use. Violators shall be dealt with in accordance with the relevant provisions of these Provisions.

Section 3 Key Management System

In order to ensure the safety of student dormitories, each dormitory will be equipped with a lock key (or wardrobe key), and each dormitory management room will have one. For strict management, the following measures are formulated:

Sixteenth freshmen must pay a deposit and register before they can get the key. At the same time, they can charge a deposit for each platinum spoon 10 yuan and set up a use register. Students return the deposit after leaving school.

Seventeenth students are not allowed to change the lock or match the key without permission. Due to poor management, the lost key should be reported to the dormitory management room immediately, and the key should be made by the management room, and the lost key should pay the cost. If the dormitory is stolen due to failure to report the case, the person who loses the key should bear all the losses.

Eighteenth students should return all the keys when they graduate. If the keys they hand in don't match the locks they use, they should pay five yuan for each key.

Nineteenth no special circumstances, the dormitory management room does not lend a spare key, it is really necessary to borrow the key of the management room, should be registered with my certificate, and return the certificate when returning the key.

Article 20 Keys are only lent to people in the dormitory, and students who are not in the dormitory are not allowed to borrow them.

Article 22 For the sake of students' health and energetic study, students' dormitories open at 6: 30 and close at 24: 00. Twenty-sixth corridors and stairs should be kept clear, and bicycles and sundries should not be parked.

Twenty-seventh it is forbidden to set off fireworks and firecrackers, and to throw glass bottles and other sundries.

Twenty-eighth it is forbidden to pull the wire without permission. It is forbidden to use induction cookers, electric kettles, electric cups, alcohol stoves, kerosene stoves, heaters and cassette stoves. It is forbidden to use candles, burn waste paper and throw cigarette butts.

Twenty-ninth no business in the dormitory, no drinking, fighting, playing mahjong.

Thirtieth is strictly prohibited to copy, spread and watch obscene pornographic publications.

Thirty-first student dormitory should actively cooperate with the staff to carry out safety and health inspection.

Article 32 It is forbidden to play tape recorders, play musical instruments loudly, make loud noises and make noises to disturb the surrounding environment.

Thirty-third shall not use the dormitory fire facilities, damage should be compensated according to the price.

Thirty-fourth when leaving the building with large valuables, you must show your valid certificates and register them, and you can take them out only after being inspected by the personnel on duty.

Thirty-fifth off-campus personnel visiting must produce valid certificates and register the interviewees.

Thirty-sixth in violation of the above provisions, depending on the seriousness of the case, give corresponding administrative sanctions and compensation.

Section 5 Provisions on Student Holiday Accommodation

Thirty-seventh during the winter and summer vacations, foreign students are not allowed to stay in school in principle, but they really need to stay in school. Must be approved by the secondary college and the student affairs office, issue a certificate, register in the dormitory management room within the specified time, apply for a pass, and pay the management fee. Students living in this city (including suburbs) will not arrange accommodation in winter and summer vacations.

Thirty-eighth students who live in dormitories shall enter and leave the designated dormitories with certificates within the specified time.

Thirty-ninth for the sake of safety, students staying in school should be accommodated in accordance with the principle of relative concentration, and the dormitory that does not stay in school should be closed by the student dormitory management department. After that, they are not allowed to go in and out casually. If there are special circumstances, I will submit a written application, which will be verified and signed by the student dormitory management department and accompanied by the dormitory management personnel.

Fortieth students should abide by the rules and regulations of the school when staying in the school during the holiday.

Section 6 School "Civilized Dormitory" Appraisal Provisions

Forty-second "civilized dormitory" to implement the appraisal system.

Article 44 Evaluation items

(1) 1 month, plus 1 point for excellent dormitory and 2 points for advanced dormitory;

(2) Dormitory members who actively participate in student dormitory management activities and actively cooperate with the building management and floor manager will be given 0.5 points-1 point;

(3) Add 1 point to the dormitory with good floor management and floor management.

3. Deduction factors

(1) Summary results of the internal health inspection week of the student dormitory, 0.5 points will be deducted for one unqualified time, 1 point for two unqualified times, 1.5 points for three unqualified times, and so on;

(2) Any dormitory member who fails to observe the dormitory work and rest system and comes back late will be deducted 0.5 points;

(3) Those who use illegal appliances or pull wires privately at ordinary times will be deducted 1-2 points.

Article 45 reward methods

1. Give material rewards to "civilized dormitory" and affix the symbol of "civilized dormitory";

2. Members of "Civilized Dormitory" will get extra points when evaluating scholarships.

Section 7 students go through the formalities of leaving school

Article 46 If the public property of each dormitory is damaged, it should be repaired in time, and the maintenance fee should be paid in one lump sum, otherwise it will not be repaired or deducted from the deposit after maintenance.

Forty-seventh students who are about to graduate should go through all the formalities and leave school three days before the school-leaving date stipulated by the school.

Forty-eighth students graduate or leave school for some reason, the relevant departments should inform the apartment service center in advance, and the administrator will check and accept the dormitory and furniture, and the students should go through the formalities of leaving school within the specified time.

Forty-ninth students should check their belongings before leaving school, and the deposit should be checked and accepted by the relevant personnel according to the list of dormitory equipment, and can only be returned after the check is correct and in good condition. If there is any loss or damage, compensation shall be made according to the Measures for the Administration of Commodities. After the key is returned, the deposit will be refunded. If the registration number of the furniture item does not match the card, it will be regarded as lost.

Article 50 Leave school within three days after completing the formalities for leaving school. If you still stay in the original dormitory, it will be handled according to relevant regulations.

Fifty-first indoor personnel have left, and the checked dormitory items are kept by the latter.

Fifty-third, if there is any money to be paid during school, it must be paid in full when leaving school. Those who refuse to pay or delay for any reason will not go through the formalities of leaving school.

Article 54 If the furniture and articles pass the acceptance inspection, the management personnel shall stamp the notice of leaving school and issue a registration card or graduation certificate.

Fifty-fifth leave school formalities in advance, in accordance with the notice of the student apartment service center.

Article 56 The student apartment service center shall finally go through the formalities of leaving school. Before students leave school, the dormitory management staff will check and stamp them, and then they will get the dispatch card from the relevant departments with the notice of leaving school.
