Observation record: This week we played in the outdoor pool area. Every afternoon at this time, the children are always excited and looking forward to coming to the pool to play in the water. During the activity, we dyed the water in the pool, using paint and detergent. Each of the children carried a small bucket to hold the water and paint in the pool. During the activity, I heard some children I shouted, Dong Ziyue, you got the water on me. I hurried over and found Dong Ziyue scratching his head. I was helpless. He didn't seem to mean it, but he didn't know how to say sorry.
Just when I was thinking about how to guide him, he walked away alone, and his little figure left that place. I thought about asking him, why did you get the water on other children, but no? When I asked, he went over again. This time, he took the water pipe carefully, as if he knew that the children did not like this method. Later I asked him again, and he told me that he was playing with the children, but he did not feel that Children would not like his way, so he was very distressed. Later, the children took the initiative to call him over to play together. Dong Ziyue ran over happily and made many beautiful works with the children using paint and detergent.
Teacher’s reflection: Children like the pool area very much, but during the activities, Dong Ziyue didn’t know much about playing with children and didn’t know how to play with them. This caused dissatisfaction from other children and was dissatisfied with them. Some wrong behaviors of children must be corrected and guided in time. The children's intentions are good, but because of incorrect methods, they have alienated two children. Our teachers must communicate with the children in a timely manner, guide, promote the relationship between the children, and encourage Children make friends correctly and play with friends correctly.
