Article 40. Religious activities of religious believers and the masses of the people should generally be held in places of religious activities, organized by places of religious activities, religious groups, religious institutions, religious personnel or other personnel in line with the provisions of this religion, and carried out in accordance with the canon.

Forty-first non-religious organizations, institutions, places and non-designated temporary places shall not organize, plan or hold religious activities, and shall not accept religious donations.

Non-religious organizations, institutions and places for non-religious activities shall not carry out religious education and training, and shall not organize social groups and personnel to go abroad to participate in religious training, meetings, discussions and activities.
