3 Children of servicemen who are not within the scope specified in the preceding paragraph apply for ordinary high schools in this city (county, district), and their scores will be accepted voluntarily according to the total score of students' senior high school entrance examination+total score of senior high school entrance examination × 1%.

4 scattered minority students apply for ordinary high schools in this city (county, district), and their scores will be increased by 10 to participate in voluntary admission.

Both husband and wife belong to agricultural registered permanent residence, the only child who has obtained the honor certificate of the one-child parents according to law, or the girl whose husband and wife belong to a pure two-woman ligation household in agricultural registered permanent residence, apply for the county (district) ordinary high school, and participate in voluntary admission after adding 10 to my grade.
