Taoism's outlook on life is to enter the world and be born at the same time, so entering the Tao is to cultivate both human nature and immortality. This method of double cultivation is different from Confucianism's "entry into the WTO" and Buddhism's "birth", but fellow practitioners complement each other.
Taoism emphasizes that "loyalty, filial piety, loyalty, faithfulness, rigidity, softness, harmony, quietness, emptiness and spirituality are the gates of enlightenment".
People who are loyal and filial are loyal to the country and filial piety is close to heaven and earth, which is covered by the four great favors. Those who don't report can't be enlightened and can't concentrate. Therefore, it is said: "The house of loyalty and filial piety is always full of blue clouds, and the god of auspicious is far away."
Believers, brothers are brothers. Be honest when making friends. If you don't believe it, it's hard to be humane. Therefore, if you are sincere, the avenue can be learned, the avenue is known, and the avenue can be reached.
Those who combine rigidity with softness, combine rigidity with softness. If you are not strong, you will have the ambition to quit the Tao, and if you are not soft, you will be tired of losing the Tao. So: "Zhigang is a gentleman, soft and true." .
Those who are quiet should be modest, peaceful and calm. Be courteous to others, modest and self-sufficient, gentle and gentle, don't like it when you are proud, and don't worry when you are frustrated; Do not think beforehand, do not calculate afterwards; People don't know long, but they don't know long. Therefore, it is said: "People can always be clean, and heaven and earth will be returned."
People who are spiritually empty are not ignorant of the truth of the spirit. If the heart is empty, the spirit is complete, there is no inside and outside, no left and right, no front and back, no up and down. Regard wealth as a cloud and fame as frost and dew. Therefore, there is no wise man or fool before the Tao, and fame and fortune know the truth.
The way of "loyalty and filial piety" depends on real practice, and there can be no falsehood. Therefore, a monk must follow the ancestral teachings, be down-to-earth, be really diligent, do whatever he wants, gain both fame and fortune, and get rid of it so as not to lose the ambition of a gentleman to practice Taoism.
