Besides, we should provide all-round services. Some time ago, I saw the bank account managers in Guangdong sending their children to and from school for their big customers on the Internet. I was surprised at that time, but now I understand that the financial center of Chaoyang Bank will develop to this extent, and I am ready for this.
For some small and medium-sized customers, I think the most important thing is to strengthen risk education. These investors have poor risk awareness and poor risk tolerance, so they should recommend sound financial products to such customers.
