Anxi Tieguanyin is produced in Anxi County, Fujian Province. Also known as red heart Guanyin or red sample Guanyin, it is suitable for making oolong tea. Fresh leaves are collected in all seasons, and the quality of spring tea is the best, followed by autumn tea.

Tieguanyin is characterized by high fragrance, rich and lasting, mellow and refreshing taste, fragrant teeth and cheeks, and unique fragrance, which is called "Guanyin rhyme" in tea tasting. Tea is thick in quality and is known as "as heavy as iron". The shape of dry tea is that branches and leaves are connected to form a ball, the color is green, and the soup is golden and orange.
