We will carry out sexual health education and publicity and education on prenatal and postnatal care for adolescents, constantly optimize and improve the policies related to marriage, love and childbirth for adolescents, promote the concept of marriage and love for adolescents to be more civilized, healthy and rational, further improve the service level of marriage, family and reproductive health for adolescents, and better protect the relevant legitimate rights and interests of adolescents.

The Guiding Opinions mentioned that it is necessary to integrate the new style of advocating marriage and love civilization into the work system of cultivating and practicing socialist core values, and vigorously advocate a civilized, healthy and rational view of marriage and love. Strengthen marriage counseling and guidance, popularize knowledge of sexual health and prenatal and postnatal care, and cultivate public welfare marriage services that better meet the diverse needs of young people in making friends, marriage, matchmaking and weddings.

Integrate the positions and platform resources of civil affairs departments, league organizations, market institutions and social organizations, and create a number of public service platforms for marriage and love with convenient participation of young people, remarkable service results and high integrity. Promote the standardized development of the marriage and love market, coordinate and promote the coordination and linkage between the departments of industry and commerce, industrial credit, public security, network supervision and other government functional departments, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of teenagers in marriage and childbearing.
