1. Similarities between part1 and part3 of IELTS speaking:
1. Both of them are the exam nature of Conversation, that is, questions and answers.
2. No time to think. After the examiner asks the questions, the candidates should give the answers directly.
3. The examination time is 3-4 minutes
2. Differences between part1 and part3 of IELTS speaking:
1. The questions in Part 3 are much more difficult than those in Part 1. The questions of Part 1 are closely related to the life of the candidates, while the questions of Part 3 are related to the topics of Part 2 you got, and the fields are wider, including economy, education, environmental protection and so on.
2. Although the examination time is the same, the examiner in Part 1 will ask 9-12 questions, while the examiner in Part 3 will only ask 4-6 questions. This requires us to give a longer answer on Part 3.
