When I wrote about Mars Village in Fenghua, a local corrected me, pointing out that Mars Village and hejia village have merged, saying why it should be a village.

In addition, the local name is Riling (Moon Ridge), who thinks I didn't do my homework well.

I think this statement is wrong.

Locals do refer to angering Yue Ling as. 1929, Chiang Kai-shek boarded the ancient Yogyakarta road to pay tribute to Mrs. Shi and wrote an article describing the situation at that time, also called Yue Ling.

But that doesn't mean the name is right.

In ancient literature, this mountain was called Yogyakarta, and later it was called Yue Ling.

As for why Ruilin is called Yue Ling, experts are still studying, but they can't find the reason why it was misinformed.

I think the general situation may be this: the ancients loved the moon and liked to write poems with the word "moon", and many places were also named after the word "moon". For example, in He's genealogy, there is a poem "Night on the Moon Ridge".

At that time, people might think that Yueling Mountain was more poetic than Riling Mountain, and there happened to be a word similar to Japanese, but it could be pronounced as Yue.

Therefore, "Anger" became "Yue Ling".

In 2004, hejia village and Mars Village merged into one village.

The two villages are close to each other, but they are independent of each other, and each has its own historical origins and humanistic legends. I will list them separately.

I have been to hejia village in 2020. It was the season when osmanthus flowers were in full bloom. The sweet-scented osmanthus in hejia village is impressive, and the pink grass on the roadside outside the village is also beautiful.

Hejia village, located in the northwest of the village, was named after the villagers' surname He.

Hejia village near the intersection of Maitreya Avenue and Taolin Road is several times larger than Mars Village.

A stream originating from Riling passes through the village, and there is a straight village road in the west of the village, which is connected with Taolin Road.

There are two distinct styles of folk houses in hejia village. Near the roadside is a new townhouse, neat and imposing.

To the south of the villas are old villages, all of which are old buildings, strewn at random and simple.

Among these ancient buildings, there are ancestral temples, temples for protecting the country, Hejia ancient trees and old streets.

The stream passing through the village is the soul of hejia village, and all the historic sites and houses are basically distributed on both sides of the stream.

The stream turned two corners in the middle of the village, forming a wide pool.

There is a deep ditch upstream of the pool. This stream is clear and cool. This is a good place to enjoy the cool in summer, and local children often play in the water.

There is an ancient temple between the two corners of this stream, which is called the temple for protecting the country.

The Lin family tree in Meixi recorded the wife protecting the country, but its history was not detailed. I don't know if she is the legendary troublemaker.

The Temple of Lady Huguo was originally an ancient temple, which was built in the Ming Dynasty and has a history of more than 400 years.

However, the original temple has been damaged, and the existing building was rebuilt by disciples under the protection of the state in recent years, which looks relatively new.

There is a memorial arch in front of the temple of the female protector, which is the place where the old people in the village enjoy the cool and chat.

There is a horsehead wall building opposite the archway.

This building, Why's Ancestral Hall, was built in Song Dynasty, but the existing building was rebuilt in Daoguang period of Qing Dynasty, and now it has been renamed Why Ying Village Cultural Auditorium.

There are several old houses at the first corner to the south of Huguo Temple.

These old houses are very vicissitudes, even a little mottled.

There is a grocery store in the west. The shopkeepers are two old people. The furnishings in the shop are very old, all from the 1980 s and 1990 s, very old-fashioned

There is an alley in the middle of these old houses, and it is an old street to walk into.

The old street is also mottled, and the houses on both sides are a bit messy. There are several osmanthus trees between the houses, but they look very smoky in the country.

It is the custom of Ningbo people to play osmanthus in Mid-Autumn Festival, make Osmanthus Jelly, brew osmanthus wine and soak osmanthus tea.

When I came to play, it was osmanthus season. An old man was beating sweet-scented osmanthus with a long pole, and the flowers fell all over the floor. They were orange-red.

At the corner of the stream, there is an alley to the east, which can lead to Maitreya Avenue or Mars Village.

There are also a group of ancient trees beside the hutong.

This group of ancient trees is much bigger than that in Mars village.

Mainly ancient camphor trees, which are all over 320 years old, have tall crowns and lush foliage, forming shade under the trees, which is an excellent place to enjoy the cool in summer.

To the west of hejia village are green hills and terraces with beautiful scenery.

There is a valley between the mountain and the village where peach trees are planted.

The village is pink when the peach blossoms are in full bloom.

So hejia village is also a good place to enjoy peach blossoms.
