China’s Diplomatic Relations Level

Diplomatic levels are divided into ambassador, minister, charge d'affaires, ***level 3.

The full name of the ambassador is "Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary", and the ambassador is the first level of diplomatic envoy. They enjoy higher courtesy than the other two levels of diplomatic envoys (minister, charge d'affaires) and have the right to negotiate with senior officials of the host country.
