Boluo TV University has continuously increased the investment in modern teaching facilities and equipment, and now has 2 interactive multimedia computer rooms, 8 multimedia audio-visual classrooms, 2 language labs, a multimedia conference room 1, a multi-function hall 1, and a central network computer room 1, which can accommodate about 100 people. It is also equipped with a satellite TV receiving system, which can directly watch the classroom teaching live broadcast of CCTV, digital broadcasting closed-circuit television system, multi-terminal conference system and so on. The school uses modern information technology such as computer network and satellite TV, and uses multimedia such as words, audio and video materials, multimedia courseware and online courses for distance teaching. Students mainly study by self-study, by taking part in face-to-face tutoring and using the network teaching platform of RTVU at all levels to combine text teaching materials.
