Transmission path:
HIV mainly exists in the blood, semen, vaginal secretions and milk of infected people and patients.
① Sexual behavior: unprotected sexual behavior with infected partners, including homosexual, heterosexual and bisexual contact.
② Intravenous drug use: It is a very important way to spread HIV by using unsterilized injection tools used by infected people with others.
③ Mother-to-child transmission: During pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding, mothers infected with HIV may spread to fetuses and babies.
④ Blood and blood products (including artificial fertilization, skin transplantation and organ transplantation). Shaking hands, hugging, courtesy kissing, eating and drinking together, using toilets and bathrooms, using offices, public transportation and entertainment facilities will not spread HIV.
