1. 2. The pioneering and innovative spirit is not strong. Although, in the past, I was able to finish my work seriously, I lacked the overall concept. For many slightly more difficult jobs, I take an attitude of trying not to do them, fearing difficulties. Did not take the initiative to find a way out according to the actual situation and try to solve the problem. So my work has not been greatly improved. 3. Lack of business knowledge. It is manifested in: sometimes the work is not active enough, and it is only satisfied with completing the tasks assigned by the organs and leaders, even if the work is completed. When encountering difficulties in the work, I often wait for the instructions from the leaders, and say step by step that the work is not solid, in-depth and meticulous. Do not pay attention to the comprehensiveness of business knowledge, and wait until problems appear to find ways to solve them. When I encounter complicated things in my work, I sometimes take evasive measures, thinking that I will "cross the bridge". Although there are some objective factors, the existence of these problems is mainly caused by subjective factors. Third, improvement measures.
