Northland School was founded in 1938. Its 200-acre campus is located in the Adirondack Mountains in upstate New York, including a working farm, an organic garden, a river bank and a field. School and farm life are the focus of students' life in Beicun Middle School. Clark believes that our real duty is to cultivate students' sense of purpose and self-worth. Everything they encounter at school, whether in class or outdoors, can enable them to acquire knowledge. The same idea led to the establishment of NCS-CTT in Beicun Middle School 17 years ago. The treetop summer camp is also a supplement to the classroom courses that President Clark personally participated in. Today, the treetop summer camp is supervised by the board of directors. The board of directors meets four times a year, visits schools and talks with students and staff.
