You can call the police, but you will also face the punishment of being detained. The definition of prostitution in Chinese law is the act of having sexual relations between unspecified people of the same sex or the opposite sex with money or property as the medium. In other words, as long as you have sex with a third party other than your wife or husband after negotiating the price or remuneration, it belongs to prostitution. Article 66 of the People's Republic of China (PRC) Public Security Administration Punishment Law shall be detained for less than five days or fined less than five hundred yuan:

1, the price has been negotiated or money and other property have been paid, and sexual relations have not yet occurred.

2. Special reasons such as first-time prostitution and whoring, good attitude towards admitting mistakes, and repentance.

3. Other minor circumstances.

Those who have been fined, administratively detained, educated and reeducated through labor according to law for whoring again within three years after the expiration of the execution period shall be reported to reeducation through labor.
