Studying Buddhism It is a very rare thing, but what do we learn from Buddhism? What is Buddha? What can we learn from Buddha? Be sure to find out. The Buddha is the awakened one. The Avatamsaka Sutra says: What a wonder, great master, that one can consciously awaken him. This is Buddha. To put it in simpler terms: you need to understand yourself and everything. The conduct and cessation are perfect. This is what we need to learn when we study Buddhism, learn to be a sensible person, not a confused person.

To be self-conscious, he must first be self-conscious and understand his own mind. Some of us will say: Don’t I still know myself? In fact, that's exactly what happened. Most of us don't know ourselves or are familiar with ourselves. Why do you say this? We don’t know how our body works, why we age, why we get sick, and why we die. This cannot be answered clearly by any science. We don’t know how our language logic came about. I don’t understand why some things I want to remember can’t be remembered, and some things I want to forget can’t be forgotten. They don’t know what to do and how to conduct themselves while living in this world, and what is the meaning of life. This is a question that many philosophers are keen to explore. Some people even go crazy over it. This is a problem that no psychologist can fully understand. He may be able to help you solve some of your problems, but he cannot solve all of them.

We don’t even know how our thoughts work, why we have such thoughts, why we have dreams and illusions. There is ego, there is fear, and there is love. No one can answer all these questions. Except for one, that is Sakyamuni Buddha.
