Step one:

Open Momo software, click the contact in the bottom bar, select the contact to be blacklisted, then enter the contact information interface and click the button in the upper right corner.

Then the software will pop up a prompt, and you can choose to "directly join the blacklist" or "report blackouts". After selecting, click OK. Then this person will be blacklisted.
