The incidence of altitude sickness is related to the speed of climbing the mountain, altitude, length of residence and physical fitness. Generally speaking, when people from the plains quickly enter a plateau with an altitude of more than 3,000 meters, 50 to 75% of people will suffer from altitude sickness. Of course, the probability of altitude sickness is also different for people with different physical constitutions. If you are in good physical condition, the probability is low. And the longer you live, the more likely it is to happen.
