4. When it comes to affixing stamps, there are different prices when buying stamps. You can choose different stamps according to the distance between the two places. If it is relatively far, you can affix a few more. This depends on the situation.

5. When sending a letter, you have to go to the post office, not express delivery. You can also send it by express but it is not required. Just choose regular mail, or you can choose EMS (which is faster). You can also send registered mail, which is similar to express delivery (the letter can be tracked) but you have to pay a registration fee. Some schools have mailboxes (green tubes), and you can just put the stamps on them.

PS: If you go to the post office to mail it, there will be a postmark, which the post office will stamp for you. There is one when you receive it and another when you send it. The postmark is different in each place.

6. Generally, you will receive a letter after sending it, but the time may not be certain, but it will be received faster if you are close to the place. You can judge based on the time.
