What color, shape and surface is eggplant?
Eggplant belongs to Solanum of Solanaceae and is a kind of millet. Originated in tropical Asia, it is widely distributed all over the country. Its fruit can be eaten by vegetables, and its roots, stems and leaves have medicinal value, which is not only high in edible value, but also has certain medicinal value.
There are about 200 kinds of eggplant. Botanically, eggplant is mainly divided into three varieties, namely round eggplant, long eggplant and short eggplant. Among them, round eggplant is mainly planted in the north of China, which is not resistant to damp and heat, while long eggplant is mostly planted in the south, which is resistant to damp and heat.
