How to contact customers

Hello, the poster

Welcome to make friends with the poster. < /p>

The methods I know are: 1. Introduction from friends (I think this is the most effective method, because everyone knows more); 2. Go to exhibitions (such as: Shanghai and Beijing Fabric Exhibition, Huahua Trade fairs, Canton Fairs, etc.) are good places to contact customers, but you have to keep up with the visits before you can develop customers; 3. The Internet (such as Alibaba, textile websites, etc.) But the Internet is not yet trustworthy, so it is better to meet in person.

1: Some experience in developing customers online. Since I turned my attention to European customers, I have sent out a large number of contact letters in recent days. Among the possible customers who responded, I have focused on a few. Now there are three who are relatively sincere, and one of them has become a real potential customer and has already been in talks. Many times, I have been given pictures and asked for quotations. The demand is very high and I am a big customer in the UK. However, the factory on hand belongs to a small and medium-sized enterprise and it is impossible to do it because the precision of the product is very high. It didn't work out. I think Middle Eastern customers are very sophisticated and have relatively small product requirements, but European customers have high product requirements. If you find mid-level customers who meet your actual situation, you are more likely to succeed. This is the direction I will focus on tracking in the future.

Pay attention to sending the first contact letter. It is best to have a specific contact person to prevent the other party from treating your letter as garbage.

In addition, you should also pay attention to the fact that after contacting a few times, you feel that the customer is sincere, and you should use fax and telephone, which will have better results.

My process of developing customers online is from some B to B websites such as Alibaba to the websites of the countries of the target customers, from the Middle East to Europe, including contacting the consulates of the countries of the target customers in China.

To be clear, I have not joined any websites. But I still patronize ALIBABA, it is the first love of my online development clients. One of my clients is from Ali. Just a small customer.

My current idea is to find one or two relatively stable customers. Because I am doing foreign trade as a part-timer, so I can. I would like to advise all professionals to find customers or participate in trade fairs in the traditional way. If you have the strength, it is said that joining the Global Resource Network is a good idea. Alibaba has advantages for small and medium-sized enterprises.
