I applied for the Shanghai agent of Lu'an Zhenhua Driving School in Anhui Province. It turned out that this agent used the name of Lu'an Zhenhua Driving School to cheat and recruit students. The students were recruited under false pretenses to pay their tuition fees. , I was charged more than 10,000 yuan for miscellaneous fees, and at the same time, the agency completely ignored the teaching, so I had to go to the local area to learn again... It was a huge cheat.

The following experience is absolutely true:

At the beginning of 2015, a friend introduced me to the Shanghai agent branch of Anhui Lu'an Zhenhua Driving School, located at No. 57 Tanglu Road, Pudong, near Xinjinqiao Road. I am an agent at a mom-and-pop shop, and the coach is named Wang Jie (hereinafter referred to as Wang Liar), a young man under 30 who is from Lu'an, Anhui Province. At that time, my impression was not bad. When Liar Wang met, he made various promises, such as "35 days to get a driver's license, pick-up and delivery, free test tolls, etc." The price quoted to me was 6,500 yuan, which was not much cheaper than a local driving school in Shanghai. But firstly, I wanted to be "fast", and secondly, I thought it would be relatively reliable based on a friend's recommendation, so I just paid the money to sign up without any investigation.

I felt something was wrong in the first month after entering. First of all, the agency does not have a formal teaching venue. It just draws some lines on the wild horse road for practice, so there is no way to practice things like setting the slopes in subject 2, and subject 3 is even more impossible to practice. Secondly, Liar Wang does not teach well. Every class was about fishing, but since we had never learned to drive, we thought it would be okay to practice this way, so we didn’t pay too much attention to it.

Then I went to Lu'an to take the local exams for subject one and subject two, and I immediately discovered something strange. First of all, Liar Wang himself did not go to Lu'an, but he did not give us the contact information of the contact person at Zhenhua Driving School. He used remote control to send messages and often could not contact the local contact person for two or three hours, which made it particularly troublesome. Why? Later I found out that Liar Wang wanted to make money from various projects such as driving practice and make-up exams. If the students were asked to contact the local government directly, the secret would be revealed.

For example, I paid 6,500 yuan in tuition fees to Liar Wang. During the physical examination, he asked me for another 300 yuan for the physical examination fee (actually it was free). He also charged me 250 yuan for travel expenses when I went to take the Sixth National Security Examination for Subject 1. (It was said before that the test traveling expenses are free), but when I went to Liu'an to take the second subject, I was charged 150 yuan for driving practice (actually 100 yuan), and the round trip expenses were paid by myself.

What’s even more surprising is that when I was practicing driving in Lu’an, the students around me who also came from Shanghai to take the exam told me that everyone else only paid 5,500 yuan in tuition, and I was the only one who paid 6,500 yuan... I Only then did I know that Liar Wang had given the introducer a kickback, and I felt as if I had eaten a fly. But after that friend found out about this, he refunded me the 1K overcharge.

Later, a local student from Zhenhua Driving School told me that if I register locally, the tuition fee is only 2,600 yuan... This made me and other students in Shanghai devastated, because Liar Wang not only charged 5,500 yuan, And the teaching is really terrible! Of the dozen or so students who came to Shanghai to take the exam for subject two, 2 or 3 passed, and I also failed. But for another group of students who came from Shanghai to take the exam for subject three, more than a dozen of them were wiped out; one person failed. It's a personal issue, but if no one has passed the exam, it means the teaching is not good (in fact, you can figure it out if you think about it, the venues are different, can you practice well). I paid twice as much tuition and learned nothing. Isn’t this just cheating?

So I had to take a make-up exam. What was really annoying was that the first time I took the make-up exam, I was told that the test car model had been changed. I had been taking a pickup truck before, but the exam turned out to be a Chery... the pick-up truck was cancelled, so I didn’t take it the second time. Passed the exam. I was determined not to let Wang Liang teach me the second make-up test. After paying the second make-up test fee and driving practice fee, I came to Zhenhua Driving School in advance to practice locally, but there were so many people practicing that I couldn’t practice for long in one day; But fortunately, I passed subject 2 in the second make-up exam. In total, I only took the exam for two subjects and one subject, and I came to Liu'an three times. I already spent 3,000 yuan on each subject.

For the third subject, I didn’t dare to study at Liar Wang’s place. I chose to study at the headquarters of Lu’an Zhenhua Driving School a few days in advance. The person in charge of Zhenhua Driving School charged me another 500 yuan for teaching fees.

I'm confused again, why do you charge me another fee? The reason given by the person in charge of Zhenhua Driving School is: Liar Wang only paid the exam fee of 2,000 yuan for Zhenhua Driving School per person and did not pay the teaching fees. Liar Wang promised Zhenhua that all the teaching work would be completed by him. Although I paid 500 yuan, in fact, I still practiced on a car with 7 or 8 other people, and I could practice three or four laps a day; but the others did not pay extra because they were local students.

In fact, Liar Wang is a relative of the person in charge of Zhenhua Driving School. They are a family and even use the same official seal for receipts. Ben Xiang also knows that it doesn’t matter who is allowed to borrow other people’s brands to open an agency? Zhenhua Driving School passed all the conflicts between them and Wang Liar onto the consumers and made them foot the bill. In this regard, what Zhenhua Driving School did was indeed disgusting. You really think Liar Wang has ruined your reputation. You banned the Shanghai agency, but you still let him continue to deceive people.

Fortunately, after passing subjects three and four, I got my driver’s license. After a year of ups and downs, I was both tricked by friends and deceived by scammers.

1. The cost is astonishing

2. All kinds of fraud

The scammers use all kinds of clever names to defraud people to make money, which makes people feel particularly uncomfortable. Wang Liar has a characteristic: occasionally he will give you a small favor and then kill you behind your back. For example, he invites everyone to have breakfast and insists on it for a long time, but the re-examination fee is an extra 20 yuan. This idea of ??cheating even small money is difficult to understand.

At the same time, Liar Wang is very eloquent and always has excuses and reasons. Every time he cheats money or breaks a promise, there are a lot of excuses to refute. He always makes it sound like he hasn't earned a penny, and he still helps me fight for opportunities out of morality. It's such nonsense.

Liar Wang is obsessed with money. He takes money very seriously. Although his teaching is a mess, he is very active in charging any fee. Every time he calls, he reminds me not to forget to bring the money. money. The problem is, they only want money but don’t do anything. It's easy to get money in, but hard to get out.

3. I am short-sighted

After talking for a long time, I can’t blame others for this matter. I still blame myself for being short-sighted. I am too gullible. I meet people unkindly and make careless friends. Being gullible in others led to this end; in the end, I got stuck at a bottleneck, unable to get up or down, so I had no choice but to bite the bullet and finish learning. This incident also made me really understand that when meeting those "friends" who like to kill each other, it's best to be more vigilant.

I want to be fair here: the coaches at Lu'an Zhenhua Driving School are really serious and responsible in their teaching. If you want to learn, you can go to the headquarters to learn. If you want to learn from overseas agents, don’t touch it.
