1. Provide six unified activities in the city, including study and training, urban integration, friendship, voluntary service, culture and art, and sports competitions;
2. Support youth clubs to carry out innovative and distinctive activities in combination with the characteristics of the young people they serve;
3. At the same time, professional social work methods are used to carry out case work such as helping key teenagers, community correction and psychological counseling. Each youth club will hold no less than 48 group activities every year, with no less than 20 participants each time, and complete face-to-face service and communication with 1000 young people, attracting 300 young people to become members of youth clubs.
Community youth communication is oriented to the needs of youth development and growth, bringing young people together through various services and activities, forming a new "acquaintance organization" for urban youth, providing "social support and social constraints" for urban youth, dredging the channels for youth social participation, and guiding them to become active urban youth generation.
The Beijing Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government attached great importance to the community youth exchange work, and incorporated the community youth exchange work into the overall work pattern of the city's social construction. Driven by the Beijing Social Construction Leading Group, the "Opinions on Further Strengthening the Community Youth Exchange Work" was studied and issued. Beijing proposed that community youth pools should be rationally distributed according to the distribution law of youth. In 20 13, 350 community youth clubs will be built in all districts and counties of the city 16, covering all the areas where 85 young mobile university graduates gather. In the long run, there will be 1 1,000 youth clubs in the whole city, so as to realize the goal of having one youth club for every 10,000 young people to serve and guide the youth in Beijing.
