Study the Constitution, obey the law and be a qualified good citizen. In this semester's study of constitutional law, I studied the knowledge of constitutional law seriously. "Governing the country according to law and building a socialist country ruled by law" is the overall goal of China's socialist legal system construction put forward in the report of the 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and it is also an important content of socialist political civilization construction. In order to achieve this goal, the report of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that the Party should "govern according to law". The resolution of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee further clarified that "ruling by law is the basic way for the party to govern under the new historical conditions" and included "ruling by law" in the overall goal of strengthening the party's ruling ability.
