The Relationship among Du Fu, Li Bai and Gao Shi
Du Fu, Li Bai and Gao Shi are friends. They used to be very close, but later they broke up for various reasons.

When Du Li and his wife met, Li Bai was already famous, but Du Fu's reputation at that time was far less than that of Li Bai. Du Fu is a fan of Li Bai. He once admired Li Bai for a long time. After Li Bai paid back the money, the two met for the first time and traveled together many times, which was called "donkey friends".

Later, Gao Shi, a tramp, was brought, and the three men searched for immortals, picked fairy grass and practiced elixir. But after the third trip together, Du Li and his wife never met again.

It seems that Li Bai has always been extremely cold to Du Fu. It is not difficult to find clues from Li Bai's poems to Du Fu-"A thousand miles away from the eaves, a cup in hand", which is quite a bit of reunion. It seems that Du Fu, who wrote 15 poems to Li Bai continuously, became a passer-by in his life, never stopping for a while, and everything was just Du Fu's own self-love.

After their last trip, Li Bai's career path collapsed. He wrote many flattering poems, but the results were not good. Then it was different. When the Anshi Rebellion and the war raged, Li Bai took refuge in the south. He wrote an article praising Wang Yong Li Lin's achievements, but soon, Li Lin.

This can be said to be the beginning of the breakdown of his relationship with Gao Shi, because while Li Bai was declining, Gao Shi was cracking down on Huainan's era. When Gao Shi's men arrested Li Bai, it can be said that Gao Shi arrested Li Bai, so the relationship between them was already antagonistic.

Later, in prison, Li Bai wrote to Gao Shi for help, but Gao Shi ignored it, concealed his relationship with Li Bai, and burned the poem he wrote to Li Bai. Li Bai's third wife visited Gao Shi's home, but Gao Shi also avoided it. What a boat of friendship!

At the time of Li Bai's suffering, Du Fu's life can also be said to be drifting from place to place, and his job search was blocked everywhere. Although he has thousands of talents, he is not appreciated. Finally, when he became a sesame official, the An Shi Rebellion broke out and he began to wander around.

At this time, Gao Shi rose all the way. Although Gao Shi didn't save Li Bai, he helped Du Fu everywhere and took good care of him in his life. Du Fu regarded Gao Shi as a benefactor, and wrote a poem "Old friends offer meals, neighbors make dishes", saying that Gao Shi helped himself when he was in trouble, and Gao Shi also wrote a poem in response to him.

Some people say that Li Bai and Gao Shi broke up because Gao Shi helped Du Fu who was displaced, but refused to help himself in prison. He was jealous and resentful, and then his relationship broke down and he never contacted him again for life.
