1.1 In order to strengthen the management of YY community video business and provide YY users with a healthy and harmonious talent display and appreciation platform, these measures are formulated according to the YY Convention and the General Rules for the Administration of Violation of YY Community formulated by Guangzhou Huaduo Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Happy Times).

1.2 the video live broadcast referred to in these measures includes all video services on YY platforms such as free show, entertainment live broadcast, education live broadcast, game live broadcast, mobile phone live broadcast and financial live broadcast.

II. Definition of violation in live video room

2.1

YY anchor must abide by the following provisions, otherwise it will be punished. After the punishment, the anchor's failure to correct the violation will be regarded as another violation.

2.1.1 Serious violations (Class A violations)

Serious violations refer to behaviors that seriously disrupt the order of YY video live broadcast platform, such as politics, pornography and violations.

Violating the following regulations in live video broadcast constitutes a serious violation, including but not limited to:

1. It is strictly forbidden to make anti-party and anti-government remarks, or to make acts that insult and slander the party and the country, such as:

(1) Violating the basic principles determined by the Constitution;

(2) endangering state security, revealing state secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unity;

(3) damaging the national honor and interests;

(4) inciting national hatred, discrimination and undermining national unity;

(5) sabotaging the national religious policy and propagating cults and feudal superstitions;

(6) spreading rumors, disrupting social order and undermining social stability;

(7) spreading violence, terror or abetting crimes;

(8) inciting illegal assembly, association, procession, demonstration or gathering people to disturb social order;

2. It is forbidden to perform sexually provocative performances or behaviors, such as striptease.

3. It is forbidden to perform or act in the form of mutual teasing with others. Such as touching sensitive parts, performing actions that can make people have sexual fantasies, and performing in any touching form in bed.

4. It is forbidden to show sensitive parts of the body with sexual characteristics in various ways. Such as showing women's breasts, buttocks, inner thighs and reproductive organs, wearing perspective clothes, etc.

*5. It is strictly forbidden to display gun control knives and perform high-risk performances. Such as shaking controlled knives, guns, highly simulated guns, and performing highly dangerous programs.

6. It is forbidden to perform programs that endanger the personal safety of others. Such as: beating others, threatening others with knives, etc.

7. It is forbidden to spread drugs. Such as showing drug samples, performing and spreading drug taking or injecting methods, and explaining the drug production process.

8. It is strictly forbidden to publicize pyramid schemes, trick users into joining pyramid schemes, or organize pyramid schemes by themselves.

9. It is forbidden to perform programs that endanger your own safety, such as suicide and self-mutilation.

1. Other performances involving politics, pornography, illegality, infringement or threats to life and health are strictly prohibited.

2.1.2 general violations (class b violations)

general violations refer to violations that disturb the order of YY video live broadcast platform except serious violations.

Violating the following regulations in live video constitutes a general violation, including but not limited to:

1. Contents:

(1) It is strictly forbidden to conduct dating auction;

(2) It is forbidden to organize Internet phone calls for the purpose of harassment and teasing;

(3) It is forbidden to sing or play music with erotic and sexual implications;

*(4) It is forbidden for anchors without dance certification to dance in the video;

*(5) It is forbidden for men to cross-string;

*(6) It is forbidden to show drunkenness such as drunkenness and deep sleep on the live broadcast after drinking;

*(7) It is forbidden to perform in various forms in bed;

(8) It is strictly forbidden to broadcast games, videos, pictures, paintings and design teaching with pornography and sexual suggestion.

*(9) Other vulgar performances are strictly prohibited.

2. Action regulations:

It is forbidden to show content that arouses people's sexual desire, leads to the corruption and degeneration of ordinary people, and has no artistic value; Including but not limited to the following contents:

(1) It is strictly forbidden to imitate all kinds of vulgar, pornographic actions or acts with seductive and provocative performances;

(2) It is strictly forbidden to focus the lens on the sexually sensitive parts, or touch or pull with sexual hints, or use props to attract the audience's attention to the sexually sensitive parts;

(3) It is forbidden to use sex products as performance props;

(4) It is forbidden to use props to imitate vulgar, pornographic and sexually suggestive actions during performances.

*3. Naked regulations:

(1) It is forbidden for men to be naked, and women deliberately expose cleavage;

(2) It is strictly forbidden to deliberately expose bras and underpants.

*4. Dress and makeup regulations:

(1) It is forbidden to wear transparent and sexy underwear and underwear outside;

(2) It is strictly forbidden to wear over-exposed clothes for performances (including but not limited to underwear, three-point navel bathing suits, single tube tops, flesh-colored tights, triangle jeans and bottoms shorter than 1/3 of thighs);

(3) vulgar and indecent makeup is strictly prohibited.

5. Speech regulations:

(1) It is strictly forbidden to deliberately imitate all kinds of sexually provocative voices;

(2) It is strictly forbidden to deliberately publish vulgar pornographic remarks and guide vulgar interaction in the venue;

*(3) It is strictly forbidden to promote other audio and video platforms in any form such as text, voice and pictures.

2.1.3 minor violations (class c violations)

minor violations refer to violations that disturb the order of YY video live broadcast platform with slight influence except serious violations and general violations.

Violating the following regulations in live video broadcast will constitute minor violations, including but not limited to:

*1. It is strictly forbidden to wear the work uniforms of the people's Republic of China (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) and the state organs and troops for live video broadcast. Including police uniforms, military uniforms, industrial and commercial uniforms, procuratorate uniforms, court uniforms, urban management uniforms, road administration uniforms, etc.

*2. It is forbidden to swear and abuse continuously.

*3. Other types of performances that violate the relevant order norms of YY community are strictly prohibited.

*4. Smoking in public in front of live cameras is strictly prohibited.
