Julu County (Julu County) and Qin Jun County (now south-central Hebei Province and northwest Shandong Province) were named after the Great Lu Ze (Giant Lu Ze). Julu County was established in Qin Dynasty as Julu County, located in Pingxiang (southwest of Pingxiang County, Xingtai City), which was used from Han Dynasty to Northern Wei Dynasty. Since the Han Dynasty, it has been reduced to the north of Pingxiang and Jinxian County in Hebei Province. Julu County in Tang Dynasty was xing zhou (now Xingtai City).

Romance of the Three Kingdoms tells the story of Liu Han's dying in the last years of the Eastern Han Dynasty. Ten regular attendants turned black and white, which brought disaster to the outline. Outside, the Zhang brothers shouted the slogan "Heaven dies, the yellow turban insurrectionary will stand" and set off a massive peasant uprising. At that time, the court of the Liu family was like a building that was about to collapse, and it was in jeopardy.

As the saying goes, there are heroes in troubled times, such as Cao Cao (Bao Guoan), Gongsun Zan, Yuan Shu, Yuan Shao, Lu Bu (Zhang Guangbei), Liu Bei, Sun Ce, Guan Yu, Zhang Fei, Zhuge Liang (Tang Guoqiang), and so on. From competing to Battle of Red Cliffs, from Wei, Shu and Wu to three-point unification, the curtain of the magnificent Three Kingdoms era slowly opened.

The Battle of Julu (207 BC) was a scuffle between warlords led by Chu Army and Qin Jun in Julu (now Pingxiang, Hebei). In the end, the insurgents defeated Qin Jun and lost the main force of the Qin Dynasty. Xiang Yu burned his bridges in this battle and established his leading position in various rebel armies.

The Battle of Julu was the key battle for the final victory of the peasant uprising at the end of Qin Dynasty, and it was also one of the famous battles in the history of China, which laid the foundation for the complete collapse of Qin rule.
