Step 1: trade union registration

2. Click on the trade union registration and fill in the unit information.

3. Log on to the backstage management website: /zhgh, with the user name and password of the company registered by the previous trade union.

Step 2: Join the trade union members.

The second step can only be carried out after the operation of perfecting the trade union information in the first step is completed.

Method 1: Trade union members enter it by themselves.

1. Log in to the system background, click Home Management, and share the company-specific QR code automatically generated on the right to the company group.

2. Members scan the QR code to enter the basic information of members, which has been automatically filled in by subordinate units and trade unions.

3. Member audit, log in to the system background, click Member Management-Member Information Management, select the member to be audited, and click Batch Approval in the upper right corner.

Method 2: Import trade union members in batches in the background.

1. Download the member template. On the member information management page, click the member import template to download.

2. According to the perfect information. (Note: Gender and membership are drop-down options. If you want to copy to other columns, you need to select them manually. )

3. Click Import and select the form to import the member information. Automatic approval of trade union members imported in batches.

Just wait patiently for the system to remind you that the import is successful. If the import fails, you can find the corresponding member information according to the reminder and enter it separately.

Step 3: Real-name authentication of trade union members

The real-name authentication of trade union members can only be carried out after the above two steps are completed, and each trade union member needs to operate independently. The process is shown in the figure below.
