This situation can be accessed by opening the Tik Tok application or through Tik Tok's Discovery page.

1. Open Tik Tok APP: Click the "Search" button in the upper right corner of the homepage, enter "Campus Circle" in the search box, and click "View More" in the search results to enter Tik Tok Campus Circle.

2. Enter through the "Discovery" page of Tik Tok: Open the Tik Tok APP, click the "Discovery" button in the upper right corner of the homepage, and click the "Campus Circle" option in the pop-up page to enter the Tik Tok Campus Circle.
