2. Log in to your account 12306, and click your name at my location 12306.

3. When we get to our name page, we will press the first commonly used contact, as shown in the figure.

4. On the "Common Contacts" page, we select Add, as shown in the figure.

5. After entering the Add page, we need to fill in the basic information of the contact person, including the specific name, date of birth and ID number.

6. After completing the form, click Finish in the upper right corner.
