On November 27, 2019, a group of 27 people from Daye, Yangxin, Xialu, Ezhou, and Huangshi catering industry, led by Huangshi Cuisine Association President Zeng Wen and Accountant Peng Ying, happily left Huangshi Let’s go to Japan to experience a study tour!

Before departure, President Zeng reminded the group again and again that the male compatriots traveling together this time must behave like gentlemen, take good care of and protect lesbians, and ladies are given priority. You have to take the initiative to do the hard work of carrying bags. Accountant Peng also published the itinerary details and precautions over and over again. As lesbians, we felt the collective warmth and kindness!

Under the leadership of everyone, we all set off smoothly from Wuhan Tianhe Airport on time! After more than two hours of air flight, we arrived at the Tokyo Airport in Japan. The first thing I did after getting off the plane was to find the toilet. This was also the beginning of my shock. The first time I entered the toilet was not to rush to solve the problem, but to help myself. I took photos and videos because I couldn’t take a photo. Unfortunately, I didn’t think of taking a panoramic photo at the time. So I took a video and took a screenshot of it for everyone to see. It has all kinds of details that you can think of and things you can’t think of. It’s so clean that you don’t know whether you are in the kitchen or in which room at home. A great sense of enjoyment and appreciation!

What also shocked me was the wheelchair prepared next to the elevator, the baby chair, the baby bed in the bathroom, and the console specially designed for changing baby diapers. There were little boys peeing in the women's bathroom. Pool, in short, everyone from 0 to 80 years old will be considered for you!

I would like to say here that the overall quality of the people does need to be improved. Take a look at Figure 2. The entire roll of paper towels stored in the toilet in a service area may be quickly used in the toilet in the service area in China. Will it be taken away by others?

Here is another one in the hotel A cashier at a nearby convenience store, a small supermarket chain here, gave me a shocking experience. My best friend and I went there first. After we picked out a bunch of items and were about to check out, our large army of women soldiers came. At this time, the small supermarket suddenly became excited. Our beautiful lady Yang was carrying a basket of items to check out. When she was about to pay, she found that she could use her passport to deduct tax. However, the cashier had already scanned the code to enter the computer and was just waiting to pay. If all the tax has been deducted, scan the QR code to return the product and settle the account again. Even though there is a long queue behind you to pay the order, due to the language barrier, the cashier did not show the slightest bit of impatience or resentment from beginning to end! Although wearing a mask, we can still feel her patience and sincerity. Although we were still pushing her away, even complaining that she was inflexible and unable to adapt, and even telling her what to do, she was not influenced at all, nor did she show it with her emotions. She still operated according to her norms and procedures. Everything is recorded clearly, one is one, and two is two. Different products are packaged and packaged differently. Maybe we also consider that we are traveling far away, so fragile items are bundled and packed in multiple layers. Even the details that seem tiring to look at are done so carefully and repetitively! Admirable!

One day we had to prepare dinner by ourselves. The tour guide took us to a large service area to experience dining! After entering, everyone found what they liked and started eating. After we walked around, we saw a picture of a set meal that appealed to my appetite, so we went up and asked how to order. We had to look at the picture on the machine, pay for the order, and then wait for it to be produced. When I went to consult When I was doing the operation, the waiter stood at the counter. When she learned that I didn’t know how to use the machine, she came out from the counter to teach me how to operate it. Even though I hesitated to order this and that, she kept standing next to me and used the machine. She understood and helped me, and after I confirmed the payment, she returned to her post after the payment was completed! I really felt her attitude and patience, which made me sincerely grateful and embarrassed.

As people in the catering service industry, how long have we ever been able to give customers this kind of experience and feeling?

Another thing is to believe and be trusted

In many places, items are placed with prices attached and left unattended. If you want to buy, just bring the items and money to find someone. Just pay the bill. The boss believes that no one will take it without paying, and the buyer will not take it without paying! I personally experienced it. After I went to the supermarket, I picked up a salad and a plate of vegetables. Because the supermarket and the restaurant are all accessible, I kept walking with them in my hand and didn't encounter anything that couldn't be passed. After eating, I didn't pay the bill. We were able to go out, but after we went out, we thought we had something to eat without paying for it, which felt wrong, so we asked the tour guide to explain the situation and asked him to take us to explain it clearly and then paid for it. I feel here that we are always keeping a close eye on you, worrying about you, and taking precautions against you stealing or deliberately running away orders. But if someone actually steals orders intentionally or unintentionally, he will feel that he is very lucky, and he has taken precautionary measures. It’s so good that I can actually avoid the bill. I’m so awesome. Congratulate yourself! So trusting and being trusted are mutual!
