1. Recruitment conditions

2. Recruitment objects, units, positions and qualifications

3. Registration

(1) Registration channel

(3) Definition of examination opening ratio

(4) Written test results

5. Interview

(1) The interview focuses on assessing the candidates’ professional knowledge, business abilities and work skills that are suitable for the position, and testing the overall quality and Relevant abilities and the ability to comprehensively apply professional knowledge to solve practical problems at work.

Interviews are generally conducted in the form of structured interviews, trial lectures, skill tests, live performances, practical operations, leaderless group discussions, etc.

(2) Each recruiting unit shall determine the shortlisted candidates for interview according to the interview shortlisted ratio stipulated in the "Position Table" and according to the positions candidates apply for and the total score of the written examination in order from high to low.

If there is a tie for the last place in the total written test scores, the tied people will enter the interview together. Those who enter the interview and have abstained can be replaced in turn after confirmation.

If the candidates shortlisted for the interview do not meet the specified shortlisting ratio, the above-mentioned written test opening ratio handling method will be implemented.

(3) After the total results of the written examination are announced, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will issue a unified qualification review notice (announcement), and the human resources and social security department at the same level will organize the recruitment unit and its competent department to review the qualifications of the shortlisted interviewers. The interview qualification review will be completed before the interview announcement is released.

During the qualification review, candidates should bring the originals and copies of the materials required for the position to participate in the interview qualification review.

Current civil servants (including staff of agencies (units) managed with reference to the Civil Servant Law) who apply for the examination must obtain the consent of their unit, and provide written certification of the unit's consent to apply during the qualification review stage.

If the candidates shortlisted for the interview do not attend the qualification review at the designated time and place or fail the qualification review, they will not be allowed to enter the interview.

For positions where there are vacancies among interview candidates, candidates will be filled in order from high to low in the written test score of the position.

Candidates who waive qualification review or interview qualifications should issue a written statement to the recruiting unit or send the statement to the recruiting unit by fax, scan, etc.

(4) After the interview announcement is released, within 5 days from the interview date, if the shortlisted candidates do not meet the exam opening ratio due to the abstention of the candidates, there will be no replacement.

Unless otherwise required by the recruiting unit, the minimum passing score for the interview is 60 points.

The interview announcement will make it clear that for positions where the ratio of the number of shortlisted candidates for interviews or the number of actual interview participants to the planned number of positions is equal to or less than 1:1, a separate minimum qualifying line for interview scores will be set.

Candidates who are below the minimum passing mark cannot enter the next recruitment stage.

6. Calculation of test scores

(1) Score weight.

After the written test and interview scores are converted into a hundred-point score, they will be included in the total score with weights of 40 and 60 respectively.

If interviews are conducted directly in accordance with relevant regulations, no weight will be included.

(2) Scoring method.

The full score for the written examination subjects "Vocational Aptitude Test" and "Comprehensive Application Ability" are both 150 points, totaling 300 points; the full score for the interview is 100 points.

The candidate's written test score = ("Comprehensive Application Ability" "Vocational Aptitude Test") ÷3; the candidate's interview score is the interview score.

The total score of the candidate = (written test score × 40) (interview score × 60).

If the interview is conducted directly, the interview score will be the candidate’s total score.

(3) Bonus points policy.

In accordance with the policy requirements of the country and our province on guiding and encouraging college graduates to work at the grassroots level and join the army, the "Three Supports and One Support" plan and college student voluntary service will be provided to those who have served for 2 years and passed the assessment. A bonus point preferential policy will be implemented for project personnel of the Western Plan and retired soldiers who are college graduates and have served in the military for more than 5 years (inclusive).

7. Physical examination and inspection

(1) According to the ratio of 1:1 to the planned number of recruitment positions, candidates for physical examination and inspection will be determined based on the total score of the candidates from high to low.

(2) The physical examination shall be organized and implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions on the physical examination for civil servant recruitment.

If relevant industries have occupational access regulations, the relevant regulations shall be followed.

When recruiting disabled people, the physical examination conditions must be reasonably determined.

The physical examination results shall be subject to the official physical examination conclusion issued by the physical examination institution.

If re-examination is required, the re-examination agency will be randomly determined among qualified physical examination institutions, and the re-examination can only be conducted once.

(3) The inspection work is the responsibility of the competent department and the recruiting unit.

8. Public announcement and filing

(1) The recruiting unit will collectively determine the candidates to be hired based on the inspection results by the leadership team. After being reviewed and approved by the competent department, they will be reported to the human resources and social security department at the same level for unification. 9. Employment

(1) After being reviewed and filed by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, all units in various places will notify the newly hired personnel to report, sign an employment contract with them, agree on a probation period and be included in the employment. During the period, job management will be implemented and remuneration packages stipulated in relevant policies will be implemented.

(2) If the employed person fails to report without justifiable reasons within 20 days after receiving the notice, the employment qualification will be cancelled. 10. Handling of Violations of Discipline and Violations
