Stone Town is located in Gulou District, Nanjing. This is a famous relic of the Six Dynasties. The site is located in Liangshan, now in the Qing Dynasty, and is known as "the first military fortress in Soochow". It was founded in Chu Weiwang for seven years (333 years) and Jian 'an for sixteen years in the Eastern Han Dynasty (2 1 1 year). Sun Quan of Wu moved to Moling (now Nanjing) and built a city in the original site of Stone Mountain Jinling City, named Stone City.

In 57 1 BC, the State of Chu had set up a Tangyi in Liuhe today, which was the earliest place with historical records in Nanjing and the beginning of Nanjing's city construction. By 20 18, it has been 2589 years.
