? Ukrainian National University of Arts is the highest art school in Ukraine and one of the best art schools in Europe and even the world. The school will cooperate with Quanzhou University of Information Science and Technology to build a Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run school focusing on fine arts, and award degrees to both China and Ukraine.

The two sides signed the Cooperation Agreement on Building Fujian-Ukraine University of the Arts in September 2065438+2007, which received strong support from Quanzhou Municipal People's Government and approved the construction of more than 200 mu (about 15 hectare). This university will offer traditional majors such as oil painting, graphic design, Chinese painting and China calligraphy, as well as emerging majors such as visual communication and digital media art.
