Compared with Zhejiang, our awareness of opening up is not very strong, the intensity of opening up is not very strong, and the scope of opening up is not very wide. Many regions and enterprises still have a lot of ideas on how to invigorate internally and open up to the outside world, and do not have clear ideas and plan. To solve these problems, we must strengthen our awareness of openness and regard going global to open up markets as the most urgent and important task to emancipate our minds, change our concepts, and enhance openness. At present, the outflow of capital from Zhejiang enterprises has become a new economic phenomenon, and various places are increasing their efforts to attract Zhejiang businessmen. This is undoubtedly a rare opportunity for us to accelerate development. It is necessary to make attracting investment to Zhejiang a priority. It is necessary not only to intensify efforts to appoint cadres to work in Zhejiang for training, but also to encourage and actively support economic and trade enterprises and private distribution organizations to promote XX industrial and mining products and agricultural and sideline products in the southeast coast.
