I have been to a company, and the boss asked all our employees to go to his office to guess his riddles before going to work. If they guessed correctly, they could get off work 2 minutes earlier, and if they guessed wrong, they could get off work at normal time. If they abstained from guessing, they would have to work overtime for 3 minutes before getting off work ... This is really the most Buddhist boss I have ever met. Work is not important to him, but he is happy.
