1. Send potentiometer with length control to zero position.
The feed length control potentiometer is located at the second position from the left on the front panel switch board. Adjust clockwise, the belt length is long, otherwise it is short; If it is in the zero position, it will not be taken out.
2. The thread is incorrect.
Open the right door and thread the tape correctly according to the "threading process method" indicated in the instruction manual or the threading schematic diagram.
3. There are foreign bodies in the upper and lower extensions.
The packaging machine has been used for a long time, and it has not been cleaned and maintained in time, which leads to the accumulation of stolen goods in the machine, which makes the belt feeding not smooth and free, so it needs to be cleaned and maintained more.
4. The gap between the belt feed rollers is incorrect.
The gap between a pair of belt conveying rollers of semi-automatic baler is very important for normal belt conveying. Please refer to the clearance adjustment instructions. Carefully adjust until the gap between the belt feed rollers is only 0.05 ~ 1 mm larger than the belt thickness.
5. The selected PP tape is too thick or too thin.
Because there are many manufacturers of PP packing belts with different thicknesses, they should be selected according to their needs; If this is not possible, carefully adjust the gap between the rollers of the sending and returning belts according to the instructions.
6. The electromagnet is not working properly.
The electromagnet doesn't work. First, check whether the welded joint of the electromagnet wire falls off, and then check whether the coil is burnt out. If both are normal, check whether the electromagnet is displaced or blocked by stolen goods, so that the bullet cannot move freely.
2. The baler does not return the adhesive tape.
1. There are foreign bodies in the upper and lower extensions.
There are foreign objects in the upper and lower units or the countersunk screws for fixing the tape guide are loose, and the packaging tape is stuck. Remove the upper extension to remove foreign objects.
2. The bearing of the cross bar 635 is damaged.
Improper adjustment of the balance position of the cross bar is easy to cause the cross bar to break. Instructions should be properly adjusted in place.
3. The tape exit gap is incorrect.
Because the take-off roller has the function of tightening the adhesive tape, when adjusting the gap between the advance and retreat rollers, the take-off roller should be the main one, and the gap should be adjusted to be 0.05 ~ 0. 1mm greater than the thickness of the adhesive tape.
