Where is the way out for e-commerce operation?
(1) Any industry is staged, and the concept of e-commerce itself is the product of the times, just like the female workers in textile mills. At this point, Ma Dad said that there is no such thing as e-commerce in the future, and the essence of business is the creation and exchange of value. (2) Any future generation is bound to be more progressive than the previous generation. You must lower your mind, don't be bound by so-called experience, and learn from it. At least you will not be eliminated by the times. (3) Your thinking and vision should grow with your age, and you should do something that the so-called post-90s generation can't accomplish. (4) In this era, you should look ahead, think about what will be the most marketable in five years, and enter ahead of time. It's that simple. A director or something is a position, which can be a small goal at a stage, not your career goal. E-commerce operation is a new profession, involving a wide range of miscellaneous. But I personally (not e-commerce) think that the operator's vision and experience (resources) are the most important, because the management plan will eventually decompose e-commerce operations (avoid mistakes and core loss) and emphasize team ability. Therefore, the established model is very important, and this is the vision. Taobao, for example, can't complete the transformation, trust and overall expansion of buyers and sellers now, and it will remain the same after rectification (I wrote a small article about the development direction of e-commerce for reference only). With the growth of age, people's thinking mode of their own needs is changing, and their knowledge, experience and skills are increasing. Only by respecting ourselves can we truly face ourselves, examine ourselves and find no shortcomings. How to correct them and sit in that unique position.
