After entering official website, enter your ID number, password and verification code in the corresponding place, and click Login. The initial password is the last 8 digits of my ID number.

If you log in with the initial password, you need to change the password once to use the functions of the "Smart Team Building" system normally. If the displayed ID card or password is incorrect, please contact the graduate school to confirm whether I have entered the "Smart League Building" system. If confirmed in the system, the Youth League branch administrator at the same level or directly under the superior can generate a Password Reset Code, open the home page of the system after obtaining the password reset code, select "Forgot Password" and follow the prompts on the page (only for computer PC login).

After logging in successfully, you can start to transfer the relationship between individual organizations. Find and click the relationship transfer option on the left side of the login interface.

The following window will appear in the interface. Check Yes or No for "Whether the transfer-in organization belongs to Beijing/Guangdong/Fujian", and check "Enter a higher school" for "Transfer reason".
Fill in the relevant information on the page according to the steps, in which the application is transferred to the organization, click to select the new Youth League branch of the Youth League Committee of your college, and then click Submit to wait for the approval of the transfer of Communist Youth League relations.

After submission, click the View button on the "My Organization Relationship Transfer History" page to view your organization relationship application information.
