Article 20 of the Measures for the Administration of Computer Information Network Internet Security Protection violates laws and administrative regulations and commits one of the acts listed in Articles 5 and 6 of these Measures. Illegal income, confiscate the illegal income, individuals can be fined up to 5000 yuan, the unit can be fined up to 15000 yuan. If the circumstances are serious, the punishment of stopping networking and rectification within six months may be given, and the original certification may be suggested if necessary.
