Cause: It is caused by the Go TOP application.

1. First, double-click to open "My Computer" on the computer desk.

2. Then click "Open Control Panel" in the pop-up window.

3. Then select "Uninstall Program" in the pop-up control panel page.

4. Then click to open "Go TOP Application" in the pop-up window.

5. Then right-click the program and select Uninstall.

6. Restarting the computer will solve the problem.
