No matter what company we are in, please remember that we are just migrant workers, and there is no essential difference from migrant workers on construction sites. White-collar workers and gray-collar workers have nothing to be proud of. They are both squeezed laborers, but we still have to struggle because we still have to survive.

I remember learning P & amp; G When I was interviewing, I once saw a person say that what really brings you success is not the interview of the winner, but the summary of the loser, because there is only one mode of success, but there is definitely the possibility of failure in Qian Qian. Job-hopping is not a simple interview process, but this rule is also applicable. It took many, many days from writing a resume in February to finally deciding to give up the opportunity to work in Poland and leave the company in July. There are successes and failures. What is really valuable to me, and what I want to share with you, is the workplace experience I have felt with my heart ... The following is all my summary, hoping to communicate with my newly graduated friends and learn from each other. Of course, it also has certain reference significance for fresh graduates, but remember that the difference between job-hopping and job-hunting this year is actually great.

Do you need to change jobs?

In fact, everyone should know that frequent job-hopping is an unstable performance and a taboo in the workplace, especially for new people in society. However, things cannot be generalized. Many times, job-hopping between trees and between people and work is an inevitable choice for many people. For example, I find that my post is not suitable for me, or I don't like my industry. Friends who have this kind of job-hopping reason, with the passage of time, your industry and your occupation have more and more restrictions on you. Different industries and occupations have higher and higher entry barriers for you. If we don't leave now and wait another year, I'm afraid there's nothing we can do. Moreover, after working for a few years, even if you successfully transform, will you start from scratch with a meager salary like a fresh graduate? But if you are looking for a job-hopping friend because of salary, my opinion is that if there is an opportunity, don't force it. The experience you have accumulated will pay off one day. If you feel that there is no development in this company or office politics, then refer to the first situation ... you are forced.

My introspection: Some people say that your first job after graduation is very important, which determines your industry and career. Otherwise, when you want to change jobs in the future, there will be great restrictions on your industry and career. Even if you have only worked in HR for half a year and want to change a financial job, there is not much difference between you and working in HR for three years for a financial job. When I graduated last year, I had a high success rate in the interview on my own. I found a job for a month, signed a contract hastily, and then went to sleep, only to get my present hard work. It was not difficult to find a much better job with the competitiveness at that time. Now, I want to say goodbye to my favorite marketing job. ....

One more thing needs special statement: don't quit your job until you find a new job. Do you think you are a scud? No, it's just that I became an unemployed youth and suffered this. As far as I know, there are friends from Samsung, friends from Siemens and friends from GM, especially the guy from Siemens. It is said that he wandered around the house for half a year, his girlfriend was disappointed, and his father was sarcastic every day. Now he can only live by playing games. When I first planned to jump, I planned to quit first. This is terrible. ...

How to make a resume?

In fact, the biggest difference in your resume one year after graduation is that you should have a detailed description of your original job, but you have to give up all the conveniences of the school, even if you don't want to, because then HR will think that you have successfully become a white-collar worker in the workplace, not a student ... Other requirements are similar to those of recent graduates. Be simple, but have a beautiful format. I use an improved version of 5 1 job format myself, but there is a trick. When sending e-mail, you can use PDF format instead of WORD. This is the experience of Zedong's company Heineken HR, which is worth sharing. Moreover, your resume needs to highlight your strengths, especially technology? Or management? Or business? Don't generalize, you need keywords. It is also important to have different resumes for different positions. Don't write too much in the column of target location. Everything is suitable, which my HR sister in SGB taught me personally.

My introspection: I am engaged in project management. Unfortunately, I once wrote all the advantages of my resume, but none of them stood out ... I was criticized ... and I was reluctant to delete everything in the university because of its glorious stage. Fortunately, this has improved a lot since then.

How to submit a resume and find a job opportunity?

1. Job website .. Generally, I use three websites, 5 1job, ChinaHR.com and Zhilian, which started late. Which is better, I won't say. Stick to it as often as possible to prevent you from missing the urgent need. But remember that different positions have different resumes. There are also positions of special interest. You can also send an email directly to the HR mailbox in the recruitment notice, and remember to send your resume in the body of the email.

2. Don't go to social job fairs. It's all rubbish, and the Oriental Pearl job fair is ok, but I went there once and even a bad company like Inventec didn't respond.

3. introduced by relatives and friends ... in fact, this is king. Some good companies don't even openly recruit, but only recommend ... Peugeot, for example, and the positions generally recommended are better paid and better developed. Let's find more ways. Alumni resources are very important.

What is a good industry and how to judge a good company?

The first question is difficult to answer. But if the profit is high, refer to the words of senior talentzf: selling labor.

The second question ... tell me about my experience, it may be a bit dark. ...

1. Companies with a large population in Shanghai are generally better. Because Shanghainese have high cost and high vision, they can afford many companies from Shanghai, and the companies that Shanghainese prefer to go to are generally better ... Of course, this is not absolute, such as PPG.

The first 2.500 can't be guaranteed to be good, but it can be guaranteed not to be too bad. I mean the salary. If we say management, then P & amp; Dick and May's comments are good, Tyco and IBM, all of which are rubbish ... Let's not talk about this, this is not the theme. For other multinational companies, try to choose Europe and America. If you ask who the boss is, some European and American companies have Asian bosses, it will be out of luck. Typical companies are Vilander and German companies. They have a Singaporean boss, so the treatment is not good.

3. It's not that companies with electricity are generally better, but it's true that most of the better companies I've met have interviews, such as Michelin, SGB, Heineken, ... There are exceptions, such as Honeywell, because the manager wants to see me directly ... and companies without electricity are always wrong, even big companies in the top 500, such as Xu Dian ... because the personnel system may be incomplete.

Companies with physical products are better, but companies that only sell services are much worse. Coral belongs to HR and strongly dislikes such companies, and my classmates' feedback in such service companies is not good and risky. For example, I turned down a company like Mao Yi.

5. The original state-owned enterprises annexed by foreign capital are obviously inferior to those wholly-owned enterprises. For example, Kolbenschmidt, also owned by SAIC, is a primitive state-owned enterprise integrated with foreign capital. That 5S is called poor, and the personnel are worse. I didn't know what I met when I went to see it. Later, I told me that the foreigner in the department I wanted to meet had gone on vacation ... and asked me if I wanted to have a casual chat with the HR manager. Fuck, I was joking internationally ... with a big company.

6. A company with too many foreigners is not necessarily a good company. This is the same as the conclusion of Demag and DHL employees. Take Demag as an example. A foreign employee, who has a car and a driver, pays double salary every month ... how much profit does China employees have ... so everyone should pay attention.

My introspection: I was reminded that Japanese companies are very bad ... I still met several companies and regretted ... killing my time. ...

Why did you leave from the company?

Job-hopping has a great feature. Because you are working, time is not free, and it is impossible to interview at will, so you need a little black skill to buy yourself time at this time.

1. First ask HR if it is possible to arrange a weekend. Well, the success rate is not high, but there are still opportunities to ask, such as PPG. Then try to schedule several interviews on the same day. Everyone understands this.

2. The philosophy of asking for leave, a boast: I have used the following reasons: I have a stomachache, I have to check it once a day, I have to check it again in two days, and I will ask for it in two days; Then other relatives also have to pick up the plane when they come back from abroad. For example, they had a car accident on the way to get a confession ... Hehe ... Later, they just used the phrase "private affairs".

I ran away abnormally. As a project manager, I often run to customers and suppliers, so I lied about going on official business and took this opportunity to interview. I also sneak out while the leader is not paying attention at work, and then come back in time, but it depends on the company and the position. HIP is loosely managed here. By the way, I also used the company's money to reimburse the transportation expenses for the interview. ....

My introspection: don't take too many days off. In March, the manager was a little dissatisfied with me because I asked for leave n times in a row. This SPHNIX classmate also knows me, so the frequency of job-hopping interviews should not be too high. Didn't you just graduate?

Besides, don't tell your boss that you want an interview unless you are sure you want to go to a new company ... I told the manager before Heineken's last meeting in March, hoping he would understand. Then I got the offer and gave up. In the days after that, our manager was fine and didn't say anything, but I was embarrassed ... Although some things are tacit, there is a game in the workplace called "pretending" ...

Electric surface

There is nothing to say about this ... basically, HR will ask you why you resigned ... my answer is that the original company is far away. If that company is far away, I will answer, I like my old company very much, but if there are other good opportunities, I am willing to try, so I will weigh it myself ... The other is to ask you something about your current job and how your English is. This is basically not very good, but .......

Generally speaking, if HR listens to you and answers that it needs to discuss with the department manager before giving further information, the game is basically over, but with one exception, SGB, I really didn't expect to call me later and let me go for an interview. ...

Interview preparation?

There is a big difference between job-hopping and fresh graduates. There are often fresh graduates and many offers to choose from. Who has heard that job-hoppers have many invitations? This is determined by many factors. In this edition, I met some fresh children boasting that they offered more, which is impossible in job-hopping. Moreover, this kind of interview preparation is more targeted, and the preparation of different companies varies greatly.

I am very satisfied with myself. I did a good job in this respect. Generally speaking, I am very prepared for companies that I care about very much ... even beyond everyone's imagination. For example, Honeywell, before meeting the manager, I spent two days sorting out all the information of this company and translating his home page. Because I am facing the market positioning of CCTV products, I also made a text market analysis and PPT myself. Here, Heineken, I also spent a long time preparing complete information, and taught myself a lot about logistics, lean production analysis and many related professional issues in time. And P &;; In this respect, I analyzed every level of P & amprate, including PST, TOEIC, phonepass and P&; G 8 questions collected a lot of information and foreign questions to try (mainly toeic and Phonepass), and at the same time read dozens of face classics.

Generally speaking, what needs to be prepared is company information, product and industry information, as well as some professional questions related to work, so that you can have something to say in the questioning session. You also need to prepare some commonly used questions and answers from English interviews ... there is such a post in WISH's foreign language section, which I just read. Of course, there are others, such as PG's Eight Questions, which are all good materials. Don't think you are good at English, sometimes it's important to prepare more.

My introspection: Well, because Honeywell was early, my English was not well prepared ... Although my Chinese was almost perfect, I was defeated at the last level ... The manager asked me that I only thought about two of the three most successful things (English) ... I couldn't remember the third one, and then my English was a mess ... It's really a pity ... PG, basically. ...

About the formal interview

We don't need to talk about the dress of fresh graduates. Let's talk about the main content first. Unlike fresh graduates, there are generally not so many rounds of job-hopping. Of course, there are exceptions, such as Heineken and PG, because I have to face the MT position with one year's work experience. Another example is Yanfeng Visteon, which is a very good company and also a BT company. Let's talk slowly.

Heineken: It includes the electric surface, one side-1VS 1+0, two sides-5VS2 (group surface and written test) and three sides -4VS5 (all advanced, including free discussion, question and answer and case operation).

In this company, I have confronted many USSTER, and everyone should have an impression on me, including the final winner.

PG: Online application, online personality test, PST, TOEIC or PHONEPASS, (the reform began last year, and the requirements of PS department are relatively low), face one, face two (probably Guangzhou).

Yfwst: There are about 400 questions in the personality test, including group questions (an old question about the order of saving people), 4 questions in the written test, HR face and department face.

Then many of my managers' companies directly discuss two issues, one is HR face, and the other is hiring manager face.

This includes Hitachi, Emerson-Blanche, Viam, Seiko, Yishengbai, Wintop ... and many other companies. Generally, HR faces your quality, while department managers face your professional skills.

Many other companies adopt the form of HR meeting with the department manager at the same time, but HR generally does not participate, just observes, as long as the department manager is handled.

Such companies include APP, Botran, PPG and SGB. The method is simple, but a little stressful.

Then there are interviews with department managers, and there are many such companies.

For example, Taylor, Secoli, Demag, Asahi ... and so on, I won't list them one by one. ...

My introspection: in all interviews involving department managers, my failure rate is quite high, but in sharp contrast, my pass rate in HR interviews is extremely high, because the HR face mainly examines quality, which was obvious when I was a fresh student, but the department manager mainly examines work experience, which made me miserable. If it is a position close to my present position, then my experience is too short. If it's a cross-disciplinary position, such as the market and logistics I've met, it's blank, so I'm often not at the starting line with other employees, so the HR sister of a 500 company bluntly said to me: I'm good in other aspects, but I'm really inexperienced ... Everyone should be mentally prepared, and there will be a job-hopping interview one year after graduation, which is a very difficult difficulty to overcome.

Summarize some of my interview experiences in recent months with my previous posts:

Experienced p & amp; G. Emerson, Honeywell ......

Gave up Hitachi Heineken's offer ...

Due to various reasons, it is close to the emergence of Secoli, Yanfeng Visteon, Taitai Le and Seiko in Japan.

Have passed some foreign companies that are less than the top 500, such as APP, Weem, One Win, Wintop and Botran.

I gave up the interview with Yi Mao, Vilander and the French forever.

Still waiting for the news of Demag, the top 500 company.

Siemens, Ingersoll Rand, GE and GM have no fate at all.

Generally speaking, the process of job-hopping may last for half a year or even a year. Don't be surprised. Compared with fresh graduates, this process is generally much less efficient. Of course, it will be finished soon, depending on luck and opportunity. There are also many companies with high requirements. Please charge more if you are free. For a company like Ingersoll Rand, trainees need a high degree. Last year, the minimum degree was a double degree. . . .

You should also prepare more information about your previous job during the interview, but remember never to take out your company's documents, even if they are invalid.

My introspection: Let's talk about my typical failure case. At Emerson-Blanche, the human resources department asked me to name several suppliers of packaging materials for the project, but I couldn't answer any of them. That's because I thought that in my project, the packaging materials were all specified by the customers. I just need to check the price with the buyer, and then the supplier management content is not much, so it is normal to be unfamiliar. But HR doesn't know ... so be prepared in advance, otherwise it will be as embarrassing as me ... Then, when I was in the App DEMAG, I showed some old company documents to explain my work ... but it was terrible. Manager Yan of Demag Business Department said to me: I know that you just graduated with insufficient experience, but don't show these certificates in the future. Every company has confidentiality requirements, so HR will have a bad impression. ...

Psychological state crisis ...

This is the most gratifying thing in this period of time, which greatly exercised my fragile psychological quality. So my happiness is not because of how good the offer is, but because I have overcome my psychological problems. . .

Psychological problems. . .

My introspection: How can I put it? I am impetuous in March. Because of the high winning rate in the previous freshman era, I hope to jump ship within one month. Therefore, once there is no interview, I will be very upset. After I got the offer, I made an impulsive and thoughtless move because of such impetuous emotions. I refused easily. Although it is right from the current results, it is absolutely wrong in terms of the way of doing things. It's not too much to call yourself an idiot. After PG lost, I suddenly entered a low recruitment season. At this time, there was something wrong with my psychological adjustment, and I became more and more agitated and worried. At the beginning of June, the whole psychological state fell to the bottom, like the end of the world. Of course, it may not be so exaggerated, but since April, the whole psychological state has been declining. It was not until mid-June that I suddenly got out of my psychological shadow. Now think about it, this time in early June is a psychological barrier, and the adjustment is not good. Later, it's hard to say whether I can clean up and adjust well, and whether I can come back to life. Fortunately, I am the latter. Because I have suffered fewer setbacks since I was a child, my fighting ability is not strong, and this time, it is a real test for me. In fact, my psychology has a great influence on my work. When my mental state is very bad,

So I hope you can learn my lesson. First, you should think carefully and never be impulsive. Later, when I was faced with working in Wroclaw, Poland for a year or changing jobs again, I was calm and careful. Second, don't get too excited when I can't change the status quo for the time being. As for the adjustment method, I used to listen to the stories of guys who were more unlucky than me at first and seek psychological comfort. Later, I tried to divert my attention. After June, I put a lot of experience into football and paid attention to my favorite Portuguese game, which made me temporarily forget my professional problems. ...

There is also a little experience ... don't go to the job search website when you are upset. Job-hunting websites are evil and have a great influence on people. I haven't seen it for a long time, and my mental state has recovered.

Communication skills with HR after admission?

This section mainly talks about how to talk with HR about salary. Generally speaking, when HR quotes you, there will be a certain degree of downward adjustment, so I can ask you: How much is it a month, is it acceptable? You can talk to him about his salary, which can rise to 1000 at most. This requires you to understand HR's ideas and his low line, otherwise it will be difficult to operate when signing the offer.

My introspection: I made the above mistake when I talked about offer before. Even after HR asked me how much I wanted, I was vague and didn't give a specific figure at all. This is a failure, a real failure.

There are also issues such as wages, subsidies, bonuses, insurance, salary increase and annual leave. As for the salary increase, I personally think that more than 40% is too high. For students who have graduated for one year, if they can't even reach 20%, it's a bit low. I don't want to know the salary level of this position in the world before talking to HR, and HR actually sets the salary according to your position.

The strategy of physical examination?

Especially in the fine chemical industry, it is unlucky to quit before the results of physical examination come out because many people have been deleted. Coral turned down many such people ... It's a waste of time to spend time with his wife. The general requirement is a general physical examination plus two and a half, and there will be special physical examination requirements for special posts. In fact, the best way is to communicate with HR as much as possible, have a physical examination later, and then go to the hospital for self-examination. Then compare the data and analyze your physical examination results. You can go into battle by yourself if you are good. Otherwise, a little darker is * * * * ... (This is a bit reckless, but Coral is right. If it really doesn't fit, don't force it, it's too irresponsible for yourself), but it depends. If the company asks you to have a physical examination yourself, send the form to the company yourself. Can go to the physical examination instead of you. But if it's a designated hospital, it's troublesome, and they won't accept that you send your original medical examination form as a medical examination document. That's what I'm asking. Then I have to show my identity card (OMG) when I have a physical examination, especially when I take blood ... After that, the report will be sent directly to the company without your hand ... So it's good to check yourself first, so that I can better understand my physical condition. ....
