1922, FW Murnau directed the black-and-white silent film Nosferatu: A Grones Symphony, which was the first German film to put vampires on the screen. Early vampire movies, such as Dracula directed by 193 1 todd Browning, have a disgusting shape, which obviously does not meet the aesthetic needs of the people and is also a general horror movie route. In the 1950s, vampires began to take the route of aristocratic idols, starting with the British actor christopher lee. They are often handsome, natural and unrestrained, and their talk exudes evil charm, which fascinates little girls. It's hard to get into the 1990s. Vampires began to talk deeply, play with human nature, grasp connotation on one hand and entertainment on the other, and be hard on both hands. The result depends on the audience's reaction. Anyway, the actors are getting more and more attractive.
Because there are too many vampire movies and many classics, our introduction began in the 1990s. If anyone still wants to stay, check the old information online.

He asked God why he struggled for God all his life but ended up like this, and then he joined the devil and won eternal life. 400 years later, Dracula found a woman. Comments: The work of the great director Coppola is the first masterpiece of vampire theme returned in recent years. The film changed the evil image of vampires, turned them into infatuated and rebellious rebels, completely subverted the film tradition and achieved great success. One of the great failures of the film is that at the end, such an image of Satan, which symbolizes rebellion and freedom, is once again placed under the door of God. This deliberate emphasis on the effect of social education really shouldn't be done.
Night visit of vampires 1994
Recommended index: ★★★★★★★
Introduction: The emotional process between several vampires is constantly confused.
Comments: Very good vampire literature film, based on anne rice's novel of the same name. Some people say that this film is actually based on the vampire world to allude to many potential crises and evils in contemporary society. I didn't see it so thoroughly, but the movie really concentrated the human elements of vampires and achieved great success. In terms of actors, the film where three handsome guys get together really attracts many female audiences.
Oscar pistorius 1998

Introduction: A sci-fi film about fighting and killing between different races.
Comment: It is rare for black people to play vampires, but this movie is not the first time. As for the film itself, it is a pure action film, but its visual effects, musical elements and martial arts scenes are still worth seeing.

Vampire Shadow 200 1
Recommended index: ★★★☆☆☆
Introduction: At the beginning of the last century, a German director invited a real vampire when shooting a vampire movie. During the filming, vampires violated the agreement and hurt human beings, and things gradually got out of control. ...
Comment: The background of this movie is obviously the world's first vampire movie "Nosferatu". In all fairness, the plot design of the story is very attractive, but the shooting effect is not satisfactory, and many suspense films are not explained, which makes the development of the movie plot a bit far-fetched. The characters in the play are also a bit stiff, and there are no inner contradictions and profound descriptions. The most successful part of the film is the criticism of "desperate for the pursuit of art" However, based on this story, the concept of career choice is an alternative vampire movie.
Vampire queen 2002
Recommended index: ★★★★★☆.
Introduction: vampire Lester entered the world and became an idol rock star. Unconsciously, he woke up the vampire queen who had been sleeping for thousands of years, and the queen wanted to turn the world into purgatory. ...
Comment: Also based on anne rice's novel, the vampire queen in the movie is dressed up in a glamorous and sexy way, much like Cleopatra. All love and hate are just a dream in the end, and there is a sad and romantic beauty flowing in the horrible atmosphere, which may be the enduring charm of vampire movies. Critics believe that this film exudes more commercial flavor than Interview with Vampires at Night, which has deviated from the original theme. However, what can we expect as an entertainment blockbuster? In particular, the heroine's fragrance and death add a little confusion to the film.

Story (because it is a new film, please introduce it in detail):
Director Stephen Sommers opens in black and white, hoping to evoke fond memories of the 1930s (that was the golden age of Frankenstein and Drakula monster movies).
The location is the legendary Transylvania.
With the support of Dracula, the richest man, the poor scientist Frankenstein carried out his dream secret project in the castle all day-developing Frankenstein. However, there is no free lunch. Naive Frankenstein didn't think that he was just a tool for sinister Dracula to achieve his personal goals. It turns out that Dracula, the vampire count, and his three brides have given birth to countless lifeless offspring in 400 years. He needs to use Frankenstein's energy to give them life. Once these vampire descendants come to this world, it will be a devastating disaster for this world.
Fortunately, angry villagers came to me at this moment. They wanted to stop Frankenstein's experiment. Frankenstein was burned to death on a windmill in Transylvania, and Drakula's plan was dashed. If you have seen the old Frankenstein movies in the 1930s, you will definitely feel that these scenes are familiar. Sommers here deliberately imitated some fragments of the old movie and paid infinite tribute to that movie.
Then our hero Van Helsing appeared.
Summers changed the name of Abraham in Van Helsing to Gabriel. Gabriel van helsing. Because he can't stand that his hero is called Abraham-does he have a grudge against Abraham?
Van Helsing first got rid of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde in Paris (this part has little to do with the main line of the film, but is closely related to the animation Van Helsing in London released at the same time). Then Sommers showed us a secret organization of the Vatican church similar to the CIA. I don't know van helsing's code name. 0085? Or 009? In 007, a priest like column Q assigned him a task to take him to choose all kinds of new weapons he needed.
Let's explain what Summers thinks here. Dracula, originally the son of Velos, a knight in Transylvania 450 years ago, died by the sword of a man named "Hand of God" in A.D. 1462. But when Dracula died, he made a deal with the devil and exchanged human blood for an immortal new life. In order to atone for the church, his father Velos vowed to get rid of this evil son, otherwise the whole family would not go to heaven. More than 400 years later, the Velos family has been looking for Drakula. Now there are only the last two descendants-Wei Kong and Anna. If they don't succeed, Willow's 400-year efforts will fall short. So the church asked Van Helsing for help to eradicate Dracula.
As for Van Helsing's life, Somers made a lot of preparations, but he didn't reveal it all in this film. The film only tells us that Van Helsing was the "hand of God" who killed Drakula 400 years ago. As for why he is not old for 400 years and why he has superhuman ability, he has never explained it. This reminds people of Hugh Jackman's role in X-Men-Wolverine. Why are all his characters amnesia patients? As for Van Helsing's life story, I'm afraid I'll find it in the sequel.
Finally, Sommers changed the way to kill Dracula-only werewolves can compete with Dracula. Holy water and silver bullets can only deal with ordinary vampires, but not the invincible Dracula. Thus, Van Helsing naturally became a werewolf, and finally successfully completed the mission of the Vatican. And the soul of the Velos family finally ascended to heaven.
Evaluation:
We really can't expect too much from Somers's films. Entertainment is enough. But I understand that Somers wants to make a film that will be remembered like raiders of the lost ark. But in fact, he is still far from this goal.
If you like, this film can find many faults. The biggest problem is the rigorous conception of the film, which can't stand scrutiny at all. I understand the difficulties of Sommers, and it's really not easy to mix these completely unrelated characters together. But you can't think of a far-fetched script to deal with it. Somers's imagination is so wild that many places in the film are exaggerated. The continuous intense scenes make you realize that this is not a movie about the struggle between man and monsters at all, but a movie about computer CG and action scenes. At the same time, you don't have to worry about the danger of the characters in the film at all, because every character in this film is Spider-Man.
Is it Hugh Jackman's poor acting skills or the script? Our hero van helsing can stay. Except for two pose, it is simply wood. A face of bitterness and deep sorrow, no personal charm at all. We can compare Snakes Escaping from new york with Jones of raiders of the lost ark, and any missed task is full of personality. At least the protagonist in the mummy still has a good sense of humor, and Van Helsing hardly laughs in the whole movie. As the protagonist of the signboard image, how can it be said that it is the biggest failure of this film?
