The name of this female secretary is Matshkova. In this year's "International Shorthand Contest" typing group competition, Matshkova tapped 24,224 keys, including English letters, numbers and various symbols, in 30 minutes according to the rules and requirements of the contest, with an average of 807 keys per minute, and accurate words.
Matshkova's excellent performance also broke the original Guinness World Record, which has been maintained for 16 years and won the title of "World Typing Queen" in one fell swoop. 1985, an American lady named Blackburn accurately typed 37,500 keys in 50 minutes in an international shorthand competition, thus setting the Guinness World Record for the fastest typing in China at that time with an average score of 750 keys per minute. How many words can you type in a minute? Give the best proof that real play, not indiscriminate play leads to Prague. "The China trials of the 46th International Speed Recording Competition were a complete success.

In April in Beijing, spring flowers are blooming, and the warm spring breeze makes people feel relaxed and happy. In this beautiful season, the finals of the 46th International Speed Recording Competition China Trial Competition started in Capital Normal University.
On April 14, more than 50 speed recording experts from more than 30 provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government gathered in Beijing to compete for the qualification of the 46th International Speed Recording Competition held in Prague, Czech Republic, in July. Before the final, the 12 qualifiers had been held in more than 30 provinces across the country.
The International Shorthand Competition held in Prague, Czech Republic, from July 22nd to 24th is an international competition in the industry organized by the International Speed Federation, which is a platform for shorthand elites from all countries to display and a concentrated expression of shorthand technology development in all countries. Due to the relatively backward development of shorthand technology in Asia, the original 45th international shorthand competition was actually a "European-American competition" although it was called "International". The champion of China Trial Competition and the champion of the 2nd CCTV National Shorthand Skills Competition will represent China in the 46th International Shorthand Competition. This is the first time that China shorthand has entered the international stage since the birth of 1896, and it is also the first time that Asian countries have participated in the international shorthand competition. I believe this exchange will also play an important role in promoting Chinese culture, promoting the international influence of Chinese information and even the world's understanding of China.
The contest used the special equipment of Yahweh Chinese Speed Recorder, which won the national technical invention award, and set up three links: watching and playing, listening and playing blindly, in which watching and playing accounted for 20% of the total score, listening and playing accounted for 50% of the total score, and blind playing accounted for 30% of the total score. At the scene of watching the game, 50 players concentrated all their energy with the "ten-finger magic", and the keystroke of "Hua Hua" filled the audience, making the game more intense and tense. As it turns out, contestants should type as many correct words as possible in this half hour. After watching the game nervously, the players took a break and continued to "fight". Because there is no knockout, all 50 players enter the next stage-listening, which is also the most important unit of the whole game.
The stadium plays sound examination questions, and the speech rate of political and economic articles is 200 to 260 words per minute. The speed is from slow to fast, and every 20 words is a speed ladder. The function of Yahweh Speed Recording is to convert the voice into words synchronously, so playing games while listening is the closest competition form to the real working state. Players quickly changed from watching to listening, and their fingers changed different keystroke frequencies with the constant change of sound. Lines of Chinese characters are immediately displayed on the computer screen. When the sound reached the fastest segment of about 260 words per minute, they saw lines of Chinese characters on the computer screen and had to marvel at the superb skills of the players! Watching them press the keyboard easily is really a pleasure, just like playing the piano! The "fast" watching session ended in half an hour, and the players saved their "works" and began to proofread, and the game was rested.
The blind typing session is arranged in the afternoon. The so-called blind typing means that the player is blindfolded and can't look at the computer screen to record the sound he hears. For the first time in this competition, blind typing will be included in the regular competition. Blind typing examines the player's ability to get on the screen at one time, that is, it can be accurate with one keystroke and does not need to be revised repeatedly. This is a very important ability to improve the speed of quick recording skills. As the bell rang and the tense game was over, the referee group immediately began to judge the players and the results of the game.
After fierce competition, Xu Lin, a senior stenographer from Beijing Xiaojun Office Equipment Co., Ltd., won the first place in the comprehensive all-around competition with excellent results. She also got tickets to participate in international competitions, and became the first Asian to participate in the international stenographer competition together with Jiang, the champion of the second CCTV National Stenographer Competition, and the first stenographer in China. Cassie Wang, a senior stenographer of Jing Xiaojun, won the runner-up in comprehensive all-around performance, and Du Yuerong, a shorthand vocational training school in Yahweh, Jining, Shandong, won the third place.
A grand award ceremony was held after the game. Chen, executive vice-chairman of the Central Committee of Jiu San Society, Zhang, deputy secretary and vice-chairman of the Party Committee of Beijing Social Science Association, deputy director of the National People's Congress Information Center, Cao Youqi, executive vice-chairman of China Chinese Information Society, member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, vice-president of Capital Normal University, deputy director of the Central Office of Jiu San Society, Han, honorary chairman of Beijing Shorthand Association, Sun Xuezhong, deputy bureau-level researcher of rocket technology in China, and Professor Tang, shorthand expert, attended the award ceremony, and presented trophies and honorary certificates to the guests one by one, Professor Tang sincerely wishes the winners to show their skills in the international competition and show the elegant demeanor of China stenographers.
Some of the 50 contestants who took part in this competition are senior stenographers of professional stenographer companies, some are secretaries of institutions, enterprises and institutions, some are free-spirited freelancers, and some experts are professional stenographers from the National People's Congress, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other state organs. They all have a unique skill, that is, fast recording. Their typing speed can keep up with or even exceed the speed of human speech. It is this specialty that gives them a stage to play freely. It is understood that there is a shortage of talents with this special skill in China, especially those with college education or above. In order to recruit excellent shorthand talents, professional shorthand companies, enterprises and institutions often need to "reserve" shorthand training institutions and universities that offer training courses. The reason why employers are so fond of these new high-skilled talents is that this skill can greatly improve the daily office efficiency and enable enterprises to take the lead in the highly competitive market.
