Face recognition is a biometric identification technology based on face feature information. A series of related technologies, usually called portrait recognition and face recognition, are used to collect images or video streams containing faces, automatically detect and track faces in images, and then recognize the detected faces.
On July 28th, 2002/KLOC-0, the Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Laws in the Trial of Civil Cases Involving Personal Information was officially issued.
On August 20th, 20021year, the 30th meeting of the 13th the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC) passed the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Personal Information, which came into effect on August 20th, 20021year.
