The Northeast Anti-Union launched the actions of "firing the first shot" and "winning the first shot". Huang, a director who has written scripts such as Wolf Poison Flower and Iron Walnut, believes that the Northeast Anti-Union not only has the historical significance of firing the first shot in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, but also has the current practical significance. He said: "I really want to interpret such a powerful figure by reviewing that history, to stimulate the blood and nationality in young people's bones, and to convey positive energy in a down-to-earth manner." In the first scene, Yang Zhenshan (played by Wang Xinjun), who is based on General Yang Jingyu, scares the Japanese, who regard him as their greatest enemy. Commander Yang died heroically because of the traitor's informer. The Japanese invaders took their heads as trophies, which dealt a blow to the fighting spirit of the anti-Japanese teams and people in Northeast China, hoping to completely crush the people's anti-Japanese will mentally. The anti-United fighters led by Yang Baozhong (Zhu Yongteng) launched a thrilling "charge" action. In the repeated struggle with the Japanese invaders, smoke and gunfire gradually aroused the national feelings of various forces in Northeast China. Countless people in Northeast China fought bravely against Japan, forming a magnificent flood of resistance against Japan.

The first shot was based on 14 historical archives of the Northeast Anti-Japanese War, field shooting of the Northeast Linhai Xueyuan, deep three-dimensional character image, plot arrangement of war, action, spy war and assassination, and confrontation between the enemy and ourselves. Many characters in Yang Zhenshan, Soren, Gu, Guan Jingshan and Hu Biao can be compared with the historical prototype, which truly reproduces legendary historical events such as Yang Jingyu's defeat of the Japanese crusade team, the bloody battle between the Oroqen nationality and the Japanese invaders, and the victory of the Changchun female doctor over the general. During the filming, it was freezing in February in the northeast, and the outdoor temperature was as low as MINUS 20 degrees. In order to accurately experience the role state, the main creative team experienced the life of "fire warms the chest, wind blows the cold behind", thus truly reappearing the arduous battle course of the Northeast Anti-Union in that year.

△ Zhu Yongteng, a powerful actor of Soran (Zhang Hui), the daughter of the Oroqen patriarch, described the role played by Yang Baozhong as follows: "He is not a god, but a person with flesh and blood and shortcomings, who dares to face up to his shortcomings and constantly improve himself." It is precisely because of the complicated and profound growth process of this role that Zhu Yongteng has more performance space.
