What is the basic law of historical development?
There has always been a rule in the history of China: we divide the social composition into three levels: the upper level-the power core of the central government, which used to be the emperor, and now it is the central government, the middle level-the bureaucratic group, the intellectuals (or intellectuals) group, the landlords in the agricultural era, the capitalists in the industrial and commercial era, and the lower level-the ordinary people.

Theoretically speaking, in the era of "time lag" in information transmission and processing, the middle layer is an indispensable link to connect the upper and lower levels and organize social forces to engage in production. At the same time, the middle layer must have its own interests, and its status and composition determine that this class will have more advantages than the upper and lower levels in personnel quality and resource control.

Once the social system loses control of the self-expansion of the middle class, the social structure will tend to be deformed.

In the past dynasties, when power was concentrated in the upper level, wealth was relatively evenly distributed in the lower level, and the middle level was relatively suppressed, it was usually the heyday of the dynasty. The process of the dynasty's heyday in history is actually a process of continuous strengthening of centralization.

After the heyday passed, the middle class began to grow, and power from top to bottom and wealth from bottom to top began to concentrate on the middle class.

In ancient times, this was manifested in the imperial court, the imperial power was gradually overhead, and the merger of private land became more and more serious. At the same time, the literati class didn't have to pay taxes when they owned a lot of land, and the financial burden of * * * could only be borne by the civilians with increasingly difficult lives, which would eventually lead to the collapse of the dynasty economy.

At the same time, the middle class, or the elite itself, began to gradually isolate themselves and refused to import fresh blood, thus becoming a small circle and eventually corrupting and disintegrating.

At this point, the state system is bound to collapse, the distorted social structure was broken in the collapse of the dynasty, and history began to enter the next cycle.
