How did the tower crane rise?
Tower crane, commonly known as tower crane, is a lifting facility that originated in Europe in the early 20th century. With a history of over 0/00 years, KLOC has played an important role in the fields of transportation, logistics and architecture. Because the tower crane looks like a tall tower from a distance, its hoisting method has also become a topic of interest. In fact, tower crane can be divided into: foundation, tower body, jacking, slewing, lifting, balance arm, lifting trolley, tower top, cab, luffing and other parts. When building a tower crane, the foundation part should be installed first. That is, to determine the erection position of the tower crane, the principle is to maximize the construction capacity of the tower crane and facilitate the access, installation and disassembly of the tower crane. Then choose the right foundation style. Ballast and concrete foundation shall be made in advance and conform to the label, and the durability of foundation shall not be less than 20T/m2. Then assemble the underframe and standard section on this basis. The standard section of tower crane is the main part of tower crane and the main "role" of tower crane heightening. In the process of construction, with the rise of the building, the tower crane naturally needs to be heightened. When heightening the tower crane, firstly, use the jack-up frame to heighten the frame upwards, so as to leave a space between the tower body and the frame, and then install the standard section of the tower body in this space. In this way, the purpose of lifting the tower crane is realized.
