Maybe everyone is not familiar with the linkage cloud. Let me give you a brief introduction. It's just four years since Linked Cloud was established in August, 20 16. Now we have laid out more than 300 cities in China, and our own team has reached more than 80,000 people. I don't say this for advertising, but to tell you why we are developing so fast. As the previous leader said, people's consumption has been upgraded, and people need such services. We are in car service, so we need to improve our service. This is our major.
Today, what we share is smart travel. Previous leaders have mentioned the upgrade of smart travel and smart services.
The data shows that in 20 19, the number of motor vehicles in China reached 260 million. We estimate that the number of social groups with driver's licenses but no cars reached1400,000, and the potential car rental customer base is huge. Affected by the whole market, automobile consumption continues to decline, and the consumption concept of young people has changed-using is more important than owning. At this time, generation Z, post-90s and post-00s began to pay more attention to the use of vehicles. We think there is a chance in this era. We saw this market when we set up this company on 20 16, but it was not as prominent as it is now.
The good pattern of internet travel confirms the concept of leadership-digitalization. During the epidemic, we saw that the total number of users dropped suddenly, reaching the lowest point in March, with only 6.5438+004800 active customers in the whole month, and recovered to 6.5438+0400 in June. Under such circumstances, the reason why internet car rental has recovered so quickly is because the whole car rental process is gradually separated from people, and there is no need for personal contact between the car and the user. This demand existed long before the epidemic, and the emergence of the epidemic triggered the fission of this demand.
The number of installed users of Internet car rental platform has exceeded 6,543.8+0 million. At present, there are five in China market, and Linked Cloud now ranks second, reaching nearly 2 million car rental users. In the whole automobile market, I want to say that it is suitable for smart travel. What is the most important thing about smart travel? The most important thing is based on the needs of customers. Consumption upgrade is because customers have such demand, so we have to cater to this market. We divided the trip into many scenes. For example, on my PPT, we can see shops, scenic spots, CBD, communities and schools. Young users of Linked Cloud account for 40% of the total users, and college students are the most active people in the car scene.
In order to meet diversified travel, we put forward four viewpoints-convenience, credibility, safety and intelligence. Due to the diversification of travel, business, tourism, transportation, transportation and other diversified needs, we believe that these four points can cover these basic needs now.
The first is convenience, such as parking at any time, changing the route at will, high convenience, simple operation of the mobile phone, removing the core elements such as manual service, allowing mobile devices to seamlessly connect with the demand side and allowing people to use the car more freely.
The second is to build a member's credit system to make the whole process more credible. With the growth of the customer base and the continuous enrichment of the database, the platform and users can achieve a win-win situation by constructing the user's credit system. Linked Cloud now has nearly 20 million self-registered customers. By analyzing their consumption behavior, we can improve their driving behavior, prompt and help to interact with customers and achieve a win-win situation. The user's credit system is rated by several dimensions of the underlying data, such as civilization, consumption and activity. As we all know, China's laws and regulations have always emphasized that vehicles should drive safely and not violate the rules. This has been a problem for car rental customers. I rent a car in a different place, and it will be very troublesome to deal with violations. And we hope to solve these problems step by step through data and customer behavior analysis, and then allocate and set up different grades of membership rights. In addition, the interactive encouragement of members' rights and interests and the guidance of car use norms are also our efforts, giving users the grade and surrounding rights and interests of vehicles. At the same time, after the member credit system is established, it can be extended to other sectors, such as car life and so on.
The third is to ensure safety. Through cooperation with automobile manufacturers, the safety management system is explored from multiple dimensions. The first consideration for each of us when using the car is safety. According to the data we collected, 26% people attach great importance to safety, 29% people pay attention to convenience, and only 5% people care about car brands. From this, I want to explain a problem. It doesn't matter which brand of car consumers use to travel. What matters is safety and convenience. Use your own App to check the vehicle before traveling, and through the seamless connection of the main engine factory, you can detect and even warn the vehicle in advance. Non-contact self-help car picking-up and returning, and customers' quick response have also made great contributions to the company's rapid exit from the epidemic. It is very important that our business now exceeds that of the same period last year, because people and cars are seamlessly connected.
The last basic point of consumer demand is intelligence. As an intelligent travel platform centered on consumers' cars, Linked Cloud hopes to build an overall intelligence from car use to car ownership to car owners' life circle. I mean intelligence in a broad sense, not in a narrow sense. It is not that basic car control with some equipment is called intelligence. Intelligence in a broad sense is to form a surrounding life circle with a car as the core. In the future, we will open up the asset management of the automobile itself, because we have managed so many fleets and have experience in automobile asset management. At the same time, we have also opened up other routes, such as navigation, weather, road conditions, assisted driving, consumption, tourism, transportation, catering, etc ... We hope to build a fully-linked cloud blockchain and form a low-cost and high-return model through investment and contracting for one vehicle and one investment. At this time, every car has become a product, not a hard machine.
Today's era is an era when young and consuming users pay for the benefits. Among the nearly 20 million users of Linked Cloud, 40% are college students, which shows that college students use cars very frequently. Of course, don't think that college students have weak spending power. The data shows that 40% users of Linked Cloud use mobile phones with a price of more than 5,000 yuan. In addition, 54% of users are interested in travel, games, cars, etc. The existence of these users can drive automobile consumption, automobile service and so on. Even let our Internet platform become the export of OEM, automobile sales and brand exposure. At the same time, we have set up nearly 30,000 car pick-up and return outlets all over the country, which is a natural scene for the brand to enter. At the same time, the test drive service provided has broken the original test drive focus of the main engine factory and 4S shop. By arranging the new car of the main engine factory at each outlet, users can feel the scene of new car and test drive for the first time. Moreover, from this year until 202 1, Linked Cloud will continue to enter the life around the car, including tourism, including high-frequency scenes such as food, clothing, housing and transportation, and realize more car consumption scene binding.
In our opinion, automobile consumption is actually low frequency, especially compared with other scenes such as food, clothing, housing and transportation. Renting a car is a very high-frequency entrance to automobile consumption. I hope that through the high-frequency entrance in this low-frequency scene, more possibilities will be unlocked, so that more customers can see our cars, use our cars and even buy our cars in the whole extended service of Linked Cloud, and finally let us have closer contact with users.
